A) our O-line is not horrible like the turds in this board try to say.. they are good in Pass protection, they still have some work to do in run blocking.

B) If you do not think experience, working on technique, and the desire to shut up your doubters will not improve this, your about as dumb as a Bama fan, you should go be one of their fans so you can hide your ignorance behind "Roll Tide" posts in response to anything anyone else says.

C) One loss by 10 to Florida does not warrant how quickly some on here have turned on our guys, things happen especially on young teams, injuries, mistakes etc. It does not mean by any stretch of the imagination that we are devoid of talent or the coaches suck and are not doing their jobs, which is to get our guys to improve every week.

D) The crying and whining negative posts make you sound like a bunch of spoiled ass women.. there is a reason girls do not play this game. This is a game of hard knox, your going to take your losses, your going to get banged up, your going to have scars and pain, The question is do you get back up, wipe yourself off and come back for more? or do you go crawl in your little cave and cry and feel sorry for yourself as you lick your wounds?

I wish some of you would do the latter.. we do not need you around here breeding your negativity, so just go home, stay off the boards and go cry yourself to sleep.. your services are no longer required.

We need men.. men who are not afraid to take a loss and get banged up, then still have the strength of character to get back up, laugh it off and use it as fuel to come back stronger and with more purpose.

So come on with your flame posts guys, give me all you got.. you think you have what it takes to make me lose faith in our team? I dare you to try :rock:

Go Vols!!! 8-9 wins this year with tons of improvement and the Battle scars to go with it

I think at the very least we are a 7-5 team. I really like what I'm seeing from Dooley, and I honestly believe he'll get the running game going. Just think back a few years to how atrocious our passing game was. He's absolutely got the program going in the right direction, and I hope he spends his career here.

Unfortunately this is the state of mind of a lot of our fan base right now. Hunter's loss was huge, but we have the rest of the team that is still going to battle on Saturdays to try and win every game. The players left aren't chopped liver, they deserve the same support and optimism.

We'll have one loss and beat Oklahoma for the National Title.

If this was a reply to my post, what I am referring to and being delusional are different IMHO. We shouldn't act like Arkansas fans either.

I'm not abandoning the team, I'll still be watching every minute of every game.

No that was for the OP.
I could see 3 losses this year if we stop making silly mistakes, missing tackles, turnovers and block a little on the run.
will it happen? Who knows.

So you are like the captain going down with the ship? You know for sure your ship is sinking and you are going down with her. Although honorable, I feel we can still save the ship. I guess this may explain the mind set I am referring to. The ship is not sinking just because we lost one player. We can still have a very good season and the ship can be saved.

Lol at my dumb analogy, sorry.

What scars? Do you suit up an play?

I think that UF is a lot better than anyone expected and has a good chance to upset Bama in the Swamp. I also think we are pretty good, even without Hunter and will beat everyone else on the schedule except Bama and LSU. 3 losses makes us pretty good. But also to note, SC is very very overrated......UGA is mediocre....Arky's offensive line is worse than ours and their run D is horrible.

I think Arkansas' line looked bad because they were playing Alabama. It will be very difficult to go to their place and win imo

Unfortunately a lot are needed. Tennessee fans (many) are some of the most fickle, fair weather cry babies in the world. Some people were born being negative and some lived all around it and became negative ( they call it being a realist). But seriously who wants to hear other peoples negative thoughts? They would say we positive, dillusional, unrealistic people should stay off of the boards ( if we don't want to hear the truth). I find it funny reading the comments of some of those people. Hey now! Hey now! Aiko Aiko all day!!

No. Bama will beat them down. The only team Florida has played worth anything is UT. We all know what happened with the Hunter misfortune, otherwise that game is really close or a UT win. They will not look quite as fast as they do against Bama's defense. Expect a blow out.

At best this is a 7 win team. Stop trying to say our OL is not playing like garbage. Bray was getting pressured and has been sacked more than a few times

What's with all this negativity sh!tht? It's not OVER because Hunter went down?!? Was it OVER.......when the German's bombed Pearl Harbor?!?!? HELL NOOO!
