It's warranted. I can't stand him. But, we rarely say anything about another turncoat that hails from our great state...

I guess so. Still, he's touted the orange before. Mainly Summit and the Lady VOLS, but still.

I know he was raised by his grandmother in Chattanooga but he is originally from Washington, DC but hey, if he claims Tn then we can surely claim him.

I trust that you guys do remember that Chesney hosted "The Color Orange: The Condredge Holloway Story," wherein Kenny stated that "The Artful Dodger" was his "boyhood idol." It will take more than one Gator chomp performed within the context of a concert in Florida to demonstrate that Chesney has betrayed the athletic roots of his East Tennessee heritage. If there is more to this alleged Florida connection than I have suggested, please enlighten us.

And, for the record, the true turncoat is "Benedict" Finebaum, a UT grad turned Alabama pimp.

Agree on Finebaum. He is a true scumbag.

As for Chesney, he's a traitor, through and through. On Florida's sideline wearing Florida gear, sucking up to his buddy Tim Tebow WHILE they are playing the VOLS? I'm sorry, but that is beyond reproach.

Kenny was 4 to 5 years old when Condredge played at UT.

I liked Kenny Chesney better a few years ago. Couldn't bring myself to gator chomp for ANY amount of money and would only put on Florida gear while hanging out with Tebow long enough to make sure somebody was filming, yell Go Vols and punch him in the face.
