I'm out in LA visiting my daughter and my son-in-law, who doesn't follow football at all, asked me about the game this morning. I described what happened and told him how we were now a national embarrassment, recruiting would suffer, etc. He went upstairs and a little while later came back down and told me he watched the end of the game on YouTube and said "If anything, that would make me WANT to go to school there." The atmosphere had to be electric, more than most of those recruits have ever experienced even with the negative of throwing water bottles. Seems like everyone thinks this is the first time it’s ever happened. We see something like this somewhat regularly between football and basketball

I have to think Stall Piss had something to do with the trash being thrown on the field. Our fans just figured trash deserved trash..

Great. So now idiots willing to be your son in law want to come to Tennessee. That is an upside. We have no shartage of idiots, and you are finding us new and improved ones.

Teens and early college age kids are loving it. I've seen #golfball buzzing on a ton of social media from late teen, early 20s kids.

Thats the unknown. People say it hurts recruiting.. Im like really??? You know the generation of athletes today are the one that throw their controller in disgust when getting beat in Madden.
