u r right- I am sure all the Bama bandwagoneers are just as miserable as we are tonight.

I would guess they'd be happy. Someone that knows football prolly told them Bama won. :)

Then go jump on their bandwagon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rather feel the way I do today, then be a traitor, non loyal fan, or whatever else anyone can describe them!!!!

I want to play Bama every year in football, just like I want to play UK twice a year in Bball.
That is just the way it should be.

You are gonna have to play them in the Champ. Game anyway. As long as we lose to the Gators every year- not really a factor ( except it is a sure loss) Who is the genius that set this 4 game stretch up? Fire him.

Absolutely!!

That genius cost us dearly! The whole season designed at the beginning for failure and tough games. All in ROW! No breaks, ever! Terrible, just terrible. Then again, sounds like something somebody at Tennessee would do. Guys, it's been fun. Hopefully the gators will lose a game or two. And I'll see you at the Championship. Not that I won't watch some games. It's just my big orange fever, has just passed. Seeing us run the table (hopefully?), against the likes of Tennessee Tech and Kentucky, doesn't really stir the passion. Finally the injuries caught up with us. Fire that chump who sets this schedule!

And yeah up until this year I'd say I want to play Bama every year, no more. Really there are more interesting teams to play out there in the West that we never get a chance to play.

They'll lose to Arkansas an LSU. They literally have no chance imo against either. Especially on the road. So relax.

I'm off that bandwagon. I am an old Vol fan who believes Bama is our #1 rivalry, but I'm ready to say we need to quit hanging onto playing them every year. It would have been much nicer to be playing say MSU and aTm this year.

In the 90's we met Nebraska a couple years in bowl and got hammered, but it helped us to get better. Then we won national championship in 98. There's an old saying to be champs you have to beat the champs. We just have to get better!

In order for the conference standings to be as fair as possible the two out of division games should rotate every two years. The down side is the loss of the rivalry games

Or, change the determination of the division winner to the divisional record rather than conference record. It would allow teams like TN and Bama to keep the annual non-divisional rivalry without causing it to have an unfair effect on determining the winner.

I don't know that those Nebraska humiliations helped TN in anyway.

The solution is to handling Bama is not taking away the annual game, it's hiring a coach that can beat them.

We'll see...Thanks for the help today, btw.

I truly believe if we're healthy going forward, we'll win out and head back to Atlanta.

Arkansas is garbage, and shut down LSU's tailbacks, (which we will, be honest.) and they are too.

I know this was a difficult game to watch for Tenn. This was much like our game with the Vols last year. It is tuff at the end of a long hard stretch of games. See y'all in ATL.

That's right. People who beat Saban are all over the place. As common as grains of sand.

Arkansas is garbage? Uh no. And dude UF will be lucky to score 3 on LSU. And what chance in hell does that overrated D have of stopping LSUs RBs??? Zero.

H no!!!! And we have no business playing anyone good out of conference. No one does it anymore... why do you think teams like Louisville and Clemson and Ohio St are being mentioned for the playoff? They are good yes but they don't play 5 ranked teams every year.
