Pruitt's hands are tied. He has been forced to continue playing JG. The players know it and know the season was lost from the beginning because of it, so it's easy to see there's no intensity from the rest of the players. We won't know what we have in Pruitt until after JG is gone.

Okay but what does JG have anything to do with the ****** defense?

The problem with Maurer is that he is wreckless.
a good coaching staff would fix that though Bc it’s obvious he gives us a better chance to win
Give me a break. Wreckless? We are talking about football, not band practice. Maurer is a competitor, Guarantano is a below average talent who goes into a shell the 1st sign of adversity. Maurer is obviously more talented, which begs the question what’s going on behind the scenes in Knoxville that keeps Guarantano on the feild?

Good try Pruitt. I’m not sure how you got on here so fast after the game but good try.

I think maybe you misinterpreted what I said. I think he’s got talent but he had what 2 concussions last year and then new running around and taking hits like the one he took in his first series back? Good coaching fixes that aspect of his game. Trust me, I would MUCH rather have Maurer out there slingin the rock

Nobody is forcing him to play JG.

We don’t understand what? That Tennessee is not a destination for the best and brightest coaching minds? Rational fans have known that for decades...

Has Guarantano actually got some dirt on somebody in the staff athletics department or coach or is it true it's just plain stubbornness which keeps playing him?? As the saying goes I report you decide

If JG's family had a smoking gun that they were using to blackmail the UTAD, Fulmer and Pruitt would've told them to pound sand and do their worst in year one so all the lumps would come at once. No way either of those guys are dumb enough to get caught up in a cover up of shiz that their predecessors did.

I would accept any probation handed out if it would keep JG off the football field. Nobody would believe he got an illegal benefit.

Truthfully in no way did we lose because of JG today, just being honest. He's lost or at least stacked the deck against us in multiple games in the past though, but he played decently today.

Forced by whom? Fire the person who is making that decision.
