Vol fans, we only get what we are willing to pay for. If you ask for La Tech , you get La Tech. If you want the best , you must be willing to pay for the best. Enough said on my part. Was not at the game but on TV is looked as if there were many many empty seats. At a UT homecoming game, unbelievable !!!!!

Speaking of pay, does anyone know what Sal was making at Bama as LB coach?

Currently, LaTech has one loss and is in the top 25. Hiring a LaTech coach isnt neccesarily a bad decision, we just happened to hire a losing LaTech coach.

The real sad part of our defense is that we have talent. If we had no talent it would be easier to understand. Sure, I know we are not loaded with 5 star talent but we have much better than what we are showing on the field, for sure.

Well, there are alot of mid major coaches that come to big schools and do well. Look at Brian Kelly, Kevin Sumlin, etc.

The issue is more that you can't ignore facts. When we hired Dooley, everyone wanted to ignore the fact that he couldn't win in the WAC and had no business being hired by anyone for any big job.
