Yea the Ole Miss, Auburn, UCLA and Va Tech, were great performances.

Gotta love haters.

You mean d-bags. I bet he sits down the entire game IF he even goes to them.
People, our team sucked this year. Who supplied the players? That's not an indictment on the team at hand. Let's wait and see how recruiting goes and how the team improves next year with the rookies we wil have before anybody jumps off a bridge or shoots a coach.

Thats not bashing, thats realistic. Next year we should hope for 7 or 8 wins and a bowl. Next year will be our worst for a while if we continue to rake in the talent.
If things go well, I think the 2011 season is when we really start to see a difference. People are just going to have to be patient next year.

if you were truly a vols fan, which i'm really starting to doubt, you would at least support the current coaching staff and hope that they do well, i bet nothing would make you happier than if we went 4-8 next year just so you might sound right about something.

Lane looked like a little wuss at the end of the game. No class. Show class for this "classy" university. Please. Don't want to have the rep of beeyatches as we were tonight

If I didn't want to get banned,I would comment on this.

Would you have been happier if he had bowed down at Beamers feet? Idiot.

Might have had something to do with VT blitzing with a 23 point lead even on the final play of the game.

We lost both sides of the line of scrimmage, in the worst way of the year. (maybe with the exception of Ole Miss) And it seemed like to me, that this was the most unemotional game we have played all year.

The staff did a great job, most of the year of masking our weaknesses. Tonite we were just whipped in every phase.

Congrats to VT.
The best team won.

Right there with you!! Get the hell outta here if not not 100% orange!! I HATE fair weather fans!! Dont wanna hear all you D-bags cheering next year when we are 2-3 wins better!

Wish I were that optimistic, but I believe next year might be the same as this one, maybe worse in terms of record.

This really gets at it. The Vols were emotionally flat. The team has been through a lot just to be present in Atlanta. Just not possible to sustain attention and focus. Is this what a coach should strive for? Sure. Is this a knock on Kiffin? I am not so sure. There was great progress this year, no particular miracle, but progress.

This is for all the guys crying "out coached" and "out played" and "leaning" to get off the Lane Train....

How in the hell can you sit there and say we were not out played? Did you watch the game?

I'm a huge fan of CLK, but we were definitely out played tonight - no matter what way you look at it.

Dont u all just hate it when u get fairweather or even people who dont have a clue what they are talking about saying this or that about one certain player, when in reality they have never even REALLY watched a Tennessee game nor felt the thrill of the Vol walk, running thu the T and various other events like TRUE vol fans have..all they kno is..nothing. This is me venting. sorry.

In reality, they really didn't look that good since early November. The Ole Miss beat down followed by lackluster win over Vandy and then having to go to OT to beat KY.

Of course I know where we came from so it's not totally unexpected. But after the UGA beatdown, 2 pt loss to Bama, and impressive win over USCE, I guess I was expecting more.

I think VT won tonight on every level. We were outplayed and out coached. Hats off to them. Great win for VT and great win for the ACC.
