Last week I posted that Vandy was more well-coached than we were. I was glad to win but felt embarrassed by our play. Does that count?

That being said, this is the first time I have wanted them to fire him. He is outclassed in this league.

Looks like Dooley's job might get saved by a running into the kicker call.

I typically do not partake in grammar criticism. However, your post was simply painful to read. You should spend some time hooked on phonics. Seriously. If you are going to criticize me for my lack of enthusiasm for Dooley and his crew, then please, PLEASE at least do me a favor and have a literate friend proofread your work. I have a right to voice my opinion. My opinion is this: Dooley is incapable of winning. Simple as that. He needs to go. Also, I suggest to you, OP, that you enroll in a GED class and get the kinks worked out. I and others like me cannot take you seriously. I felt like I was being ridiculed by a third-world fourth-grader. Your embarrassing display of stupidity was ineffective. In conclusion, Dooley sucks.

I think the OP makes a good point in regards to all the posters that were beating their chests like that YouTube video about beating Vandy. I'm truly glad we won, but I do recall it was a tie game that won in OT with a defensive touchdown. At that time, not many folks were talking about how that game was won.

Also, I'm not pleased that we lost to KY (truly more negatives there than positives). But, if we ever needed an excuse to lose to KY, we could certainly hang it on this season . . . even though we haven't had a season like this in 100 years.

Only 3 things are a given in my mind. Paying taxes, death and Beating KY and some how the one failed so I have no right to tell others how to vent their emotions. We are stinging for a full offseason from this.I for one feel Every coach should get 3 years unless NCAA issues or criminal i.e Penn State make it different. But If folks are mad they are posters on the board and are using it to figure all this jumbled mess out.

Nothing I have seen on the field this season, including Saturday's game, makes me as ashamed as knowing that I am associated with some of the idiots who post such garbage here. Period.

Forgive me for being somewhat positive that the Vols could beat the worst UK team since Moby Dick was a minnow.

I understand this wasn't our finest season, but that's no excuse to go to Lexington and flat out quit.

See, again with this type of thing. I'm truly sorry for the loss of your friend and those kids losing a dad. However, this is a UT football forum. I don't think someone is out of line for saying they 'suffer' through a football loss.

I think the ones who were chest beating are the same ole skoal patrol, orange overall crew who figured beating Vandy was a signature win for Dooley since we were 1.5 point home dogs.
