There is a correlation between Urban's Gators and all them fools going to jail. I believe this is a way of showing Urban's failing. I mean the guy just won another National Title and then it's like in the summer, oh hell, they just go off the deep end and then the players go to jail and are getting criminally charged and everything else. This is AWESOME!!! The Gators will fail, I don't care what any nay sayers have to say about that, or any of you ignorant fools that get on here and try to deny it. The Gators are not going to be strong, while the Gators are getting jailed in Gainesville, Kiffin is in Knoxville getting our boys ready that are going to kick some serious ass. Even though, it will not be the same as John Ward calling it, I guess Bob Kesling will have to say the famous catch phrase of The Vols have drained the Swamp. I don't know, maybe I am jumping the gun too much, but Florida went from a National Title Team to a dysfunctional family, hmmm kinda reminds me of the Vols last season and we had a bad season, no we didnt win a national title but we come off an SEC Title game loss and then players started going to Jail, I promise, The Gators will fail, and I pick Tennessee to win the SEC East, and no I am not being bias just because I am Orange And White, but the truth hurts Urban and Richt, Tennessee is going to make alot of people's jaw's hit the ground, believe it or not.

Tebow will get them out of jail and on the path to Jesus. Of course. Then the god-like Gatahs will be gradulated again. I believe they will lose at least two games because of cockiness.

florida loses one. most likely lsu, but with any luck UT, UT, UGA, UT, FSU, or UT can knock them off. rest of the schedule looks weak.

Yeah, 2 titles in 3 years. Programs really taking on water.
Sinking fast...I mean I guess I could see where dude is coming from but I mean they have only gotten better every year since Urban Meyer has gotten there....I think the reason it hasn't phased them is Urban doesn't let it become a distraction to the team...I think that's why all those year's we had so many off season problems we had horrible records...Can't let it distract the team

theyre going to be real good again this year. maybe another title. 2010 though, id bet only 8-9 wins during the regular season. probably 9 maybe even 10, but no more than that. good shot for us to win the east. tebag is gone, and although his replacement is talented, hes not seasoned. pending on this season, there could very easily be no #1 reciever like harvin yet. and where has floridas running game been? tebow and harvin were the leading rushers last year. oh, and as the media points out, all 11 defensive starters return this year. where will most of them be in 2010? playing on sundays. there will be no rapid decline from king to peon, but the florida eurphoria will take a step back for a season before all their new hot shot recruits emerge. plenty of time to play catch up on our part.

also, i know they had an even split between their two running backs. but having threats like harvin and tebow take pressure off the actual RB's allowing them to rush for 600 yards apiece, as well as 600 apiece between tebow and harvin. im just saying that they wont have that triple-quad-quint threat that theyve had

You defintiely won't see them fall off any this year but they will definitely fall off a little bit in 2010....I mean losing everyone will do that to you...Brantley will be good, they are just stacked top to bottom on their depth chart

1. Keep an eye on Andre Debose (possibly the next Harvin)

2. They're actually returning their 2 deeps... so the top 24 defensive players will be back.

You are correct about one thing... Tebow's replacement is very talented and he will have plenty of PT this season to show everyone how good of a QB he is.

I think Demps and Rainey can pick up the slack that they will lose from Harvin

Not just in the SEC but the whole country is at least 1-2 years behind UF right now....Winning National Championships always makes it easier to recruit, it also don't hurt being in the state of Florida...You wouldn't have to leave the state to make a good team...Look at USF, they get the people that FSU, UF, and Miami don't want and they seem to do fine

oh no doubt. theyre going to continue to be an elite team, drawing elite talent. they have great depth, and it will undoubtebly come around, but im not sure im sold on them going 12-0 or 11-1 again in 2010. replacing tebow is going to be hardest, although his replacement will be just fine. also, UGA should have filled in their gaps and with another top 10 recruting class and our 2009 class having gained experience, we should be in a better position to challenge florida (assuming we replace our line and QB...)

That's just funny. You know here in Gainesville we are bothered by all the arrests but you have to take it with a grain of salt. The police here tend to be a little aggressive (case in point don't tase me bro). Also police here don't have a whole lot to do so they tend to arrest college kids for many things such as fighting, open container, and underage alcohol violations that in most cities only get you a warning. Anybody that has been here for the UF-UT game will tell you that gainesville police hand out citations left and right for open containers. While I expect UT to be better this year, I really don't see you being able to hang with us at home with all the ammunition your coach gave us. I'm sorry there is just too much experience and talent than can't be ignored.

On another subject, I find it perplexing how you think we are just about of ignorant red necks who go around preaching how Tebow is god. I hate to break this to you but, UF is ranked 49th in the country in academics while UT is 108th. UF has a 42% acceptance rate while UT lets in a whopping 71%. I am not saying UT fans are dumb red necks but the numbers show that people who actually went to UF (I know we have way too many band wagon fans that make us look bad) are far from stupid.

Actually, you're off by a couple of points.....

Florida is at 39%, and UT is at around 65%. But, your point still resonates.
