I think the meaning was VY was accurate in college. I don't know enough about VY's college career to comment on his accuracy at TX, but it is terrible with the Titans.
That's fine. Ryan Leaf, Cade McNown, Akili Smith, David Klingler, Rick Mirer. All top 10 picks. When are their inductions into Canton?

Dont be so proud that Florida won, the last play of the game ended with a gator kicking a bammer when he was down. Yet again we see what classless jerks they are in Florida. Need I remind you that they called us quitters earlier this year? Granted ,I will hope they will win the NC game ,but only for the sake of the SEC. I know the Volnation hates Bama but come on,atleast they have played with class this year, and with few off field incidents. You dont see their backup qb stealing laptops. I get ripped on all year by both teams fans ,but the florida fans are always bigger jerks.....I would much rather the Tide be representing the best conference there is in this great country of ours..................Go big orange
You can replace the Bengal picks with Alex Smith and David Carr.McNown was the 12th overall pick by the Bears and two of those picks you listed were by the Bengals. That said, I've been saying for years that picking a quarterback high just because he's a quarterback is as dumb as not picking an interior lineman just because he's an interior lineman.

For the sake of comparison, here's how the #1 overall QB picks break down.
(pre-merger)
Harry Gilmer
Billy Wade
Bobby Garrett
George Shaw
King Hill
Randy Duncan
Terry Baker
Out of all of these, Billy Wade was the only one who was remotely worthwhile.
(post-merger)
Terry Bradshaw
Jim Plunkett
Steve Bartkowski
John Elway
Vinny Testaverde
Troy Aikman
Jeff George
Drew Bledsoe
Peyton Manning
Tim Couch
Michael Vick
David Carr
Carson Palmer
Eli Manning
Alex Smith
Jamarcus Russell
Manning was the best of them all, followed probably by Elway (most of his career was overrated on account of two games against Cleveland, one of which I have a heck of a time giving him any credit for). Bradshaw was terrible his first four years in the league and, if modern standards were applied, would have been benched or cut and never played after that point.
For comparison's sake, here's the offensive linemen who have been drafted first overall.
Ki Aldrich
Chuck Bednarik
Ron Yary
Orlando Pace
Jake Long
The middle three are in Canton, Aldrich is a marginal candidate who will never get in, and Long is a rookie (although I think he's unlikely to justify the investment; I had Ryan Clady and Branden Albert both above him).
