OK, so here's the newest problem.
When I got my XBOX, i just signed up for the 3 month subscription of XBL. The card that I used got stuck in an atm machine a while back. Now the 3 months is up and I just got a message saying my account has been suspended because of payment options. I'm sure it's because I had to get a new card and the numbers changed.
However, I can't seem to get into my account management to change the card over to my new one. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm kind of lost here.
