I've talked with Wyche a couple of times. A down-to-earth, super nice guy. Not surprising that he'd offer some time to Crompton.

I reckon us rednecks dont need to be reading somebody on a Vols board talkin about what we are or are not gonna do! If you want to go to your schools message board and talk, then talk all you want. I would just much rather not have you on this board doin your talkin. I promise you all day long that I will never go to another teams message board and talk crap! I think stuff like that is pretty darn trashy!

I believe Jonathan will shine this year. I certainly hope so because he's been a loyal Volunteer patiently awaiting his chance to play qb for his beloved Volunteers.

Wow! That was a really good read! JC is off to a stellar start already this season! I hope he keeps it up & has a heisman-level year (not that he will be in the running, be his play level could be on par with the QBs that are.)

If anyone deserves an awesome season JC is the guy. I can't imagine going through everything that he has been through with this team and still being as hungry, loyal & willing to play as he has.

Good luck JC! You deserve every good thing that happens to you this season!!!

Last year we watched JC stumble over his own feet during pre-game warm ups. This year he looks like a totally different player!

I hope he gets some major cheers when they announce him today.

Not around Knoxville too often, that I know of. Sam's coaching high school football now, and getting more involved in politics for the GOP down in South Carolina.
