Wished Triple H would just go away. Punk brought more momentum to wrestling than I've seen in years this past summer and Trips managed to come in and ruin it within a month. Him ending Taker's streak would be beyond pointless.

He wouldn't end the streak. They put on a show at WM, just like Taker and Shawn did two years in a row. That's what they're going for. Kane will end up in a program with Big Show for WM this year, because there's no way Taker will go in as a heel.

They've already fought twice at WM. Trips is boring now. The only chance WM is worth watching is if Y2J/Punk happens. If not, Punk and Taker need to go at it.

99% sure that this will be Takers last Mania. They'll put him against a "legend", and Punk doesn't have that status yet.

Punk and Jericho will happen, it's becoming more obvious every day.

I'd be much more interested in him taking on Kane.

I'm not sure what your beef is with Trips. I'd take him over Kane any day. He's not great with this new style that the younger guys have brought in, but he can still hang with any of the older guys. His match with Taker this year was the best match on the card.

Smart of them to do that. Should sell a lot. At least they're finally acknowledging that not everybody likes Cena. Edit: Also Cena is actually gonna be on Fruity Pebbles boxes now. Gotta love the Rock.

I would like to see Taker fight somebody else at WM besides HHH. While Taker/Henry might not be a new, and would probably not be a great technical match, it would have a lot of momentum behind it if Henry continues his world title reign all the way to WM.

Looking at it this way, there are possibly at least 4 main event level matches going on at WM.

Rock/Cena
Punk/whoever for WWE championship
Taker/whoever
World championship

They could combine one of those by having Taker face the world champ. Then again, given that Taker is not gonna lose, it would be kinda stupid to put the belt on him since he's a once-a-year thing.
