I love Punk. He not only was/is the best in the WWE, but he perfectly stated why I despise the Red Sox.

Years and years of *****ing about the Yankees spending so much money and everything, and they have turned into them. They became what they hated. The only difference in the Yankees and Sox are the uniforms.

For a second, I thought they were going full face turn for Punk. When he started talking about what the fans want. I just think the fans are so tired of everything else being so stale, they cheer whatever he says.

Also, Cena is getting more annoying. Punk was having a good promo and Cena comes out and ruins it. He ruins everything.

This could play out in so many ways. First time in a long time that I've not had a strong inclination as to what's gonna happen. Really good stuff.

BTW, I know how the RAW money in the bank match is gonna end. R-Truth is gonna be on the top of the ladder, about to get the briefcase, when he notices a giant spider is on top of it. He will freak out, fall off the ladder, and somebody else will win.

This is easily the best angle they have run in years. Dunno what is happening with Punk, but I sure as hell hope they find some reason for him to stay

My thoughts:

1-Punk is staying, will get "screwed" this Sunday.

2-Cena will turn heel and somehow cheat to win Sunday because he had to win or he would have gotten fired. Probably go off on some tangent about how Punk doesn't deserve to win/be the champ and how could anyone cheer for Punk, etc.

3-Punk won't be an instant face turn, but he will vow to take down Cena, Vince, etc.

There's potential for a "Vince screwed Cena" angle here as well.

They could go the old "corporate champ" route and have Vince help Punk win the title, embrace each other and celebrate in the ring afterward, say that they were in collusion the whole time and the WWE universe was too stupid to see it coming. Close the pay per view with Vince firing Cena.

Put Punk in a nice suit the next night on Raw, have him kiss VKM's ass a little, and Vince will go on and on about how Punk is so much more talented than Cena could ever dream of being....then, later in the night, or the next week on Raw, have the anonymous GM reinstate him like they do every time someone's fired.

Then you let your top babyface chase the belt for a few months.

I think Punk will win. ADR will win MITB, cash it in, and win title from Punk. Cena loses title, but isn't fired because it remains in WWE. Then Punk takes a break several months, Cena chases the title from ADR, and McMahon bad mouths Punk the whole time. When Punk comes back, he is def a face and fan favorite. Idk who has the belt then, but he could chase it.

Or he could go the route Stone Cold did in 1999 where he came out in a suit, ripped it off and hit Vince in the nuts.
