I think Punk is really leaving. My prediction is Del Rio wins MITB that night. Punk defeats Cena for the belt and Del Rio cashes it in right after the Punk/Cena match.

Del Rio is your new champ...this sets up a Cena/Del Rio Summerslam match.

Jericho is the final entrant and wins MITB but holds the briefcase until after someone like Del Rio wins it from Cena.
