While I think the Lawler title shot is dumb, I an also happy for the old bastard. He will shine for 20 minutes and never wrestle again. Not a bad way to go out

I am not so sure that Lawler holding the title would be any worse than the Miz though

Lawler/Miz/Cena triple threat match at WM is a possibility. Wouldn't make it any worse, methinks. I don't think Lawler wins at any rate. But I wouldn't mind him getting one WM match.

The members of "They" have been revealed: Angle, Steiner, Mr. Anderson, Crimson, and ............Fortune. Apparently, they are going to use Flair's idiotic behavior in Europe as part of the storyline. It's going to explain why AJ, Kazarian, and Beer Money have turned on Immortal.

Well, at 30 years old I don't "mark out" much anymore but I did a little for Diesel and Booker in the Rumble just because I hadn't read any spoilers and had no idea that was coming. Now I see this fan made poster for Mania and if true I would really mark out huge.....

My first thought during those promos was Sting... it reminded me of the WCW days.

I just can't see it though... he always said he would never go to WWE. Although if he does come, do no let him talk. I've always been a fan, but he was better not talking for almost 2 years... and being mysterious etc.

"It's Showtime, folks" is really lame.

Funny aside, my wife knows what a big Sting fan I was, and when she saw that promo, she was like "oh crap."

Ah, so I guess "They" were "jus' kiddin" when Crimson choked out AJ on Impact two weeks ago.

Fortune face turn makes complete sense.

Never a loose end in those TNA storylines.

What do you mean? That was obviously Crimson and AJ making sure Jarrett, Bischoff, and the Hardys didn't know what was up. Also, Hernandez is now a member of Immortal.

So the roster is basically split into two factions.

That's damn good tv. What pro wrestling needs is more 20-man stables.

The Sting v. Undertaker thing is ten years too late, but still too big to pass up if they can make it work. Good for the business to have a match like that at Mania. I'd be all for it. Would love to see it.

I love that Bischoff and Russo, both of whom have given a million shoot interviews talking about the lessons they learned from their mistakes in WCW, are going about killing TNA in the same manner. No wonder Flair felt the need to get piss drunk for the entirety of the European Tour. He thought it was a wake.

Only if Robocop and Sid do run ins.

Also, to further pay respect to WCW with WM in Atlanta, the following matches should be booked:
Sam Houston v. The Yetti.
The Shockmaster v. Loch Ness.
The Gambler v. Berlyn
Starship Eagle v. Glacier.
