i caught the Anderson promo last night. that was solid.

however, i turned the channel back around the 10 o'clock hour to see the feud between 573638 year old Ric Flair and Abyss over Hulk Hogan's HOF ring. seriously?

now that Christian and Jericho are back on Raw, i might tune in again.
There may not be a bigger Ric Flair fan on the planet than I, but the purpose of having him in the ring against Abyss is competely lost on me.

He and Jericho are the two best guys in the WWE, overall.

SES versus Beer Money would be an awesome feud.

Edit: read the Smackdown spoilers. Already liking what I'm hearing. Seems like despite getting robbed, Smackdown will still be the better show.

Punk's mid-match promos are awesome. He did the same thing in the Elimination Chamber.

Not to YouTube up this thread (actually a pet peeve of mine; I think YouTube vids are overdone) but this is one of the reasons why I'm liking Batista better:

YouTube - I hate you, Batista!

That's not what I meant. I mean like threads that were nothing but YouTube post after YouTube post, and over half of the vids weren't even any good. Basically where YouTube becomes the equivalent of one of those cheesy jokebooks.

I don't think I've seen it here, but I have on other boards.

TNA was awful last week.

No Beer Money, Wolfe, or Machine Guns. And less than a minute of Hall & Nash. Yet we get Jesse Neal, Shannon Moore, Jeff Jarrett and Abyss crammed down our throats.

Flair's just making a joke of himself, and Hogan's getting as much camera time as the rest of the roster combined.

You would think that after almost 20 years of trying, people would give up on the idea of making Jarrett a top of the card guy in a national organization.

I can't wait to see which nWo retread they are going to saddle Kev and Scott with next.

Don't forget none other than Horace Hogan.

See, that's the problem with having the roster size they do. They really should cut it down by half. Especially considering that they only have one TV show per week. They have a roster that's about the size of WWE, yet WWE barely gets away with it, and they have 4 TV shows each week.

At least getting rid of Bubba the Time Sponge is a start, even moreso in light of the fact that they wanted to have him wrestle.

Its YouTube time again! Anybody that is offended by Orlando Jordan needs to be reminded of this gem:

YouTube - WCW Halloween Havoc 1995 10.29.95 Part 16/16

"The Yetay!"

God, Tony Schiavone was so awful. However, he may not be as bad as RAW's broadcast crew now.

Not only is it bad enough that WCW didn't know the difference between a Yeti and a mummy.

But from :58 on, you've got a mummy and a giant dry humping a 42 year old orange monkey. Then after acting stupid, he turns around and does it again.
