I'm predicting WWEN will be a train wreck on Sunday. I'm praying there will be no issues because I'm really interested in these matches and it would be the first WM I've actually watched live. But I'm thinking there will be tons of lag and other issues going on all night.

Austin also said he's betting that Punk will be at WM. If I was fantasy booking, I'd have Punk come out and try to screw Bryan out of jealousy, then Austin comes out and stops him. That would finally set up Punk vs Austin for next year.

Won't happen tho, of course.

I hope to never see Punk in WWE again. Little *****.

You ain't gotta worry. Punk won't be there. He will be back someday tho. The sooner you accept it, the better.

And I'm sure Austin's involvement won't be anything terribly interesting, or they'd be trying to hide it. I think the only surprise involvement in the night will come from Vince. He will screw HHH in some way.

I have been out of the loop for a while since the Rock left........Total Divas show has regained my interest in watching it again.

I watched an episode the other night. It's interesting but so staged lol. Cool to see them "behind the scenes" during wrestling events and Bryan, Cena being featured a lot.

It seems kinda pointless to predict this year's WM, as it is one of the most predictable WM in recent memory. But that's fine, because this is one year where it should be predictable. Everybody that's predicted to win should win, at least in the major matches.

It's kinda like watching a movie based on a book that you've read 1,000 times over. Or a prequel. You know how it's gonna turn out. The journey getting there is what you're watching.

So instead I'll predict some of the gnitty gritty details of how I think things will play out. For the most part, anyways.

Andre the Giant Battle Royal - I don't really care who will win. So instead I predict the 3 surprise entrants: Jericho, RVD, and Papa Shango (whom they have supposedly booked for the show in some capacity).

Daniel Bryan vs HHH - Bryan should win, but I do see a scenario where HHH cheats to win. Either way, I see Vince getting involved. It's been set up the past few weeks with HHH and Stephanie bragging about how WWE is their company. So either Bryan wins outright, or HHH wins but Vince sticks Bryan in the title match anyways.

Divas Invitational - Again, don't care. Only way you could get me to care is if it was Paige vs AJ and they gave them at least 10 minutes. Hopefully that happens at next year's WM. AJ will prolly win tho because she's lost just about every match the past few weeks, and it follows the standard WWE booking pattern.

Shield vs Corportation - The Shield of course. This is the easiest one of all to predict, and there won't even be shenanigans.

Cena vs Wyatt - This is the most unpredictable match, and could go either way. On one hand, I see Wyatt getting put over because he is the future. On the other hand, WWE likes to protect their golden boy. The Wyatts have surely go the upperhand on Cena in this feud, and if it's one thing I've learned, Cena will always come out on top at the end. Whether it be against the Rock, Jesus, zombie Savage, or zombie Benoit, Cena will win the feud. If this is their last match, Cena will win. If not, then Wyatt will win.

Undertaker vs Lesnar - Yawn. Undertaker is not going to lose the streak to a part timer. Lesnar will dominate the match, but Undertaker will pull it out of his ass at the end.

Orton vs Batista vs Bryan - There's only one way for this to end, and that's 70,000+ people joining the champ Bryan in shouting "Yes!" at the end of the night. Even tho it wasn't the original plan, it's the correct culmination to the trainwreck that has been taking place since Summerslam. There should be no outside interference. I don't care if it's the Shield or Stone Cold Steve Austin himself, Bryan should win on his own.

The only major question mark is Austin's role. He has said he wouldn't do anything at WM unless they had something significant planned for him. Either he changed his mind, or they threw a wad of money at him that he couldn't refuse, or they've got something up their sleeve with him.

HHH and corporate start to interfere. Ref takes a bump. They call for a new ref. The glass shatters. All hell breaks loose. Stunners and beer for everybody.

That's something that just kills me with their booking.

Simply moving storylines along at WM is just dumb beyond belief to me. It should be the culmination/conclusion of any angle with any sort of time behind it. If, after the show you want to let it cool off for a few weeks before you run it again, that's fine...but the biggest show of the year should be the end of the road for most things. It should feel "final".

I've never understood why they don't use that as an opportunity to cleanly wrap up a lot of story lines, then use the next few weeks to lay out the next several months (through Summerslam or Survivor Series). Not that every angle should be a 12 month arc, some would be 1/3/6/etc, but I don't understand why they keep things so compact now. I guess its the ridiculous PPV schedule.

I will say they've done a better job setting up some longer angles for WM30.

Absolutely 100% agree

The only exception to that is, of course, long running feuds like between Austin/Rock or HBK/Hart, but even then they should be self-contained in mini-feuds that end with WM.

Part of me feels like the Bryan/HHH match will end thusly. Bryan wins after being injured some way. Hunter gets pissed and inserts himself into the title match for a fatal 4 way. They gang up on Bryan early, but destroy each other late, and Bryan takes advantage and wins.

But. My utmost hope. They gang up on Bryan early, someone else almost wins, glass shatters, stone cold stuns everyone. Maybe even Bryan, but drags Bryan to win the pin, or even punk and stone cold both come out to even the odds and Bryan wins and we then have a ppv setup for Bryan/punk/Austin vs evolution - rick flair.

This will never happen, but a mark can dream, right?

Austin vs the Rock was an epic story......made for great matches and hilarious out of the ring scenes.......The Rock throwing Austins belt of the bridge was classic!

I will honestly be shocked if Austin, regardless of whats been speculated, does much more than ride a 4wheeler around.

I'd hope he'd do more...but have zero expectations.

"your company, huh?"

Reality: I think Bryan beats HHH clean. Bryan is thus inserted into the title match. At the title match, HHH comes out with his sledgehammer, beats the crap out of Bryan and hits Orton as well so that Batista can get an easy 3 count for the win. Glass shatters, Stone Cold comes out. He stuns Batista, drags Bryan to cover him and gets the ref to do the 3 count and Bryan wins. They both drink beer in the ring and show ends.

Dream: What I would love to happen is Bryan is about to win the match clean. And all of a sudden Punk comes running down the ramp. Grabs a weapon of some sort or GTS's Bryan. And then glass shatters. Stone Cold comes out, stuns Punk....drags Bryan to cover a still knocked out Orton and he wins. Punk and Stone Cold stare at each other in the middle of the ring. Then shake hands while looking at the Wrestlemania logo. Thus, setting up for one of the biggest WM matches ever at Wrestlemania 31.

of the utmost importance, though.

Who wins Punk-Austin?

Notorious would cry if that happened. New Orleans and the rest of the wrestling world however would explode.

The only bad part of that is that it would overshadow Bryan's win, which is why I don't think it would happen. At least not that way. I could see it happening tho, except Austin would clear Punk out and we'd see the follow-up the next night on RAW.

ehh I don't think it would overshadow...you have the crowd erupting in yes chants with Bryan's music playing until the show goes off air. You can still have Punk and Austin staring each other down then looking at the sign with confetti falling and everything. The yes chants will ensure that Bryan isn't overshadowed

I don't know if you guys saw the JR Ross interview with Punk and Austin on IGN promoting WWE 13 but everyone was marking out thinking the match was a sure thing for WM30. Nothing just ever came of it. But I do think Austin could make this a "1 more match" deal. Austin would probably win for sure though, in a 30+ minute match. I also couldn't see Austin doing any in-ring work before WM 31 if it does happen. It would just be a couple of promos and appearances by him throughout the year. Similar to how Taker does it now.
