Cena may be the worst guy at selling in wrestling history. You watch: he'll run out tonight and be all bouncy and grinning. In hell, they make people watch a triple threat match between Cena, Hogan, and Warrior, where nobody sells and nobody loses. Thus the match goes on for eternity.

What they should have done, instead of repeating the Rock/Mankind thing, is have Miz threaten one of Cena's fans to get him to say "I quit". They kinda teased it, but I guess that's not PG enough.

I wish they would swap Cena with Orton/Christian on Raw. Their matches and storyline are much more interesting right now.

I call Cena the superhero. His job is to not sell. He can appear vulnerable, but never weak. Don't hate Cena for doing his job. Hate the writers for making that character a necessity in professional wrestling.

I hate Cena because he's not in any way entertaining. He grunts, flexes and sells t-shirts...he's Lex Luger with jorts and slightly better mic skills.

Miz has completely carried this feud dating back before WM. I love this kid....he entertains, whether you like him or not.

Miz's character is more of a necessity than Cena's, dating back to before Harley Race. Nobody tunes in to see the good guy win all the time...that gets boring.

The problem with Cena's "character" is there's no evolution, it's the same tired routine. The RAW crowds are all but demanding Cena turn heel, but he's shown nothing up to this point to show he's got the charisma or personality to pull it off.

Other than Dusty Rhodes, I can't think of another pro wrestler who spent just about all of his career being a face....and as the story goes he was supposed to be a heel, but his act won the crowds over. The rest is Dutharode histhory.

I think cena would be a good heel. His stint back in 02-03 was good, but he's been face ever since. I'm beginning to question whether it'll ever happen.

isn't Jim Ross the guy who determines heel/face turns? I've heard that some of the WWE stars have it in their contracts that they themselves can change, but others are done at the whim of WWE brass.

I agree that Cena has the chops to be a good heel. His early rivalry with Eddie Guerrero is proof of that. He's pretty much been a face ever since he and Carlito tangled.

I did not see the match but from the looks of the post I'm glad I didn't. It really angers me that they make the Miz look so weak against Cena. Has he ever beat him without cheating? They could have had Cena win and still make Miz look good but nope they Decide to make The Miz look weak. Great Job WWE.

I'd like to see the heel turn also.

But, as long as 8-year olds are buying Cena's t-shirts and wrist bands by the millions, there's not much incentive to turn him.

I'm wondering where they go from here. Hopefully some of the stuff we've been seeing over and over again for the past few months (namely Cena/Miz and Lawler/Cole) is over.

Cena/Del Rio? Altho the new rumor is Cena/Punk.

Miz/Mysterio?

With Morrison out, it throws a kink in things. Shows how low on good guys they are. Altho they could always go to the WWE Internet Champion as a face:

That's boss.

R-truth will probably in there somewhere as well.

I hate that Truth is getting a push. I've never once seen something from him that says he deserves one.

Steamboat, Sting, Snuka, Duggan, Mysterio, Kerry Von Erich, JYD all come to mind.

I should have clarified WWE/WCW main event, headliner types. Based on your list I'd say Sting and Steamboat definitely qualify.
