WWE Thread III

I thought of somebody who could maybe face off against Brock. I was thinking about bigger guys and the suplex entered my mind, not right now but a little while down the road...Jason Jordan? He's 6'3, 245, that's pretty big.

Also, after finally getting to watch, Takeover was incredible. Another 10.

Nakamura's entrance is second only to several of Taker's. Roode's was kinda lame. I like Roode though.

He's one of the top guys whether he has the title or not. The only way I see Roman winning the title next week is if he fully turns heel. His program with Rusev isn't over. Rollins is the safe pick.

But. Why is he a top guy? That's the problem with him. It's forced.

They should keep him away from the main event for a looooong time. But a month later, he's already back in it. Dude is never going to get over at this rate.

Even if he turns heel, he will still have xpac heat if he's in the main event picture.

But anyways. I'm looking forward to see what they do with Styles going forward.

My guess with him being one of the top guys is the huge reactions he gets (positive and negative) and merchandise sales.

I think the way to get Roman over in some longer term capacity is to turn him heel till Mania. Then, write him off tv for a few months. When he returns he can come back as a face if it's a big moment where he comes back.

He's not in the main event. He's in a match for the top belt, but ultimately when he doesn't win the title, he's going right back to his feud with Rusev.

Right? Roode's is a close 2nd. I've been very pleased with the music at NXT. Much like Attitude Era music.

I can't wait for Roode and Nakamura's Wrestlemania entrances. Roode should come out with a full choir dressed in his robe singing his theme song (feels like the only way to do it)

But nakamura could do dozens of things. He already had walking in with a huge king outfit at Wrestle Kingdom. I think the most badass thing to do would be to have the same Violinist come out and start playing an eerily familiar tune, and then have a completely remixed version of Subconsious for his entrance done by the violinist instead of an electric guitar.

But actual reason is, Vince gets a hard on for him. Lol. That's my just my guess.

Mentioned this before, and it's my official prediction: Nakamura comes down the ramp with the Orlando Philharmonic on either side playing his music. Greatest Entrance of All Time.

So is AJ automatically in a title match at Backlash? The stipulation earlier was if AJ wins he's in and if Dolph wins its a triple threat.

If this was a draft and I got to take Booby Roode with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at 2nd overall, I'd feel like I was drafting 3rd in the '84 NBA draft. Michael Jordan? eh ok fine I'll take what's left

also I would love to see John Morrison return and be Heath's teammate

Johnny Mundo is absolutely killing it in Lucha Underground. To be honest, Lucha is far more entertaining than WWE, and most of the wrestlers can do things nobody in WWE can. Guys like Cage, Matanza, Pentagon Dark, Son of Havoc, or even their lower tier guys like The Mac, Joey Ryan, Marty The Moth, Killshot, etc. would destroy most of WWE athletically.

And the women actually get to fight men or women, and you believe they can beat them. I'd take Sasha Banks over any woman in the world for wrestling, but I'd say the next best 3 or 4 are Lucha Underground girls, with considerations to Asuka.

I hadn't thought about Morrison in a while, until I saw Naomi hit the Starship Pain last week and I've been thinking about a Morrison return ever since

He's been on lucha for... two seasons now I think. And he has honestly revitalized himself to better than he's ever been. Just as Rey Mysterio Jr. is as good as he's been, and Alberto Del Rio was destroying it. We need to send our bored/tired/underappreciated talent there to watch them get insanely good.
