WWE Thread III

One will probably be on a different show than the others in the draft, then there will probably be like a double pin finish to have a champ on each show.

Yeah good points. Although I hope they do a tournament for the SD title. I'm a sucker for tournaments.

Forever for you....i saw her last night!

Was that you outside our window?

In case you're wondering why I *appeared* to be sobbing uncontrollably for about 20 minutes after about 3 seconds of physical contact, I had just cut a lot of onions at the same time my allergies were acting up and also there was a death in the family. So if it looked like I was crying, it was probably just a little bit of watery eyes because of all the aforementioned things

Reigns will for sure miss the draft and the first live smackdown. His suspension ends 3 days before Battleground, so it will be interesting to see what they do.

I doubt Reigns wins the title back at Battleground. That wouldn't look good for the company to have a guys win the championship a week after a suspension.

Also it could be nothing. Last month on Austin's podcast with Horswoggle, he said his violation a few years ago was just "failure to provide a sample" so Roman may have just been unable to pee.

So Reigns wasn't booked to put over Rollins clean?

Buh dun chhhh

Here's the thing that makes me think they didn't know about the failed test until recently. If they were taking the title off of him because he violated the wellness policy, then why would they put him in the triple threat match for the title the next night?

Kevin Owens was the betting favorite to win MITB until about 6-8 hours until the PPV. Then Ambrose became the biggest favorite of any match. Seemed weird at the time.

Anyone who thinks Vince would have Reigns lay down clean to anyone at this stage is trying too hard to defend him and the company. There is (was) too much invested in him to be the next top guy. He will return and stay placed in the main event scene, but the trust to be the charity exploitation / good morning america guy is over.

For his sake I do hope it's just performance enhancing and not something drug / substance related. If it is indeed steroids, you would've thought he would be on the exemption list with Cena, HHH, Brock, and others.

Supposedly rumored PPV schedule post split leaked!

Revised WWE PPV Schedule Allegedly Leaked

Revised WWE PPV Schedule Allegedly Leaked

The WWE may be bringing back some long dormant pay per views. According to a leaked schedule posted to Reddit, No Mercy, Clash of Champions and Backlash are three of the new pay per view events being added to the WWE's 2016 calendar. The new events are being added due to the WWE's upcoming brand split, which will divide the wrestlers into two separate rosters that will compete on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown. According to a report from earlier this month, each brand will have its own pay per view event every month, with the exception of "the big four" events (Wrestlemania, Summerslam, Survivor Series and Royal Rumble) which will feature wrestlers from both brands.

If the new schedule is accurate, the WWE's events for the rest of the year are as follows:

Battleground: July 24 at the Verizon Center in Washington DC.

SummerSlam: August 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY (with a start time of 7 PM).

Backlash: September 11 in Richmond, VA. (Smackdown Exclusive)

Clash of Champions: September 25 at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianoplis, IN. (Raw Exclusive)

No Mercy: October 9, at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA. (Smackdown Exclusive)

Hell in a Cell: October 30 at the TD Garden in Boston, MA (Raw Exclusive)

Survivor Series: November 20 in Toronto, ON

WWE TLC: December 4 in Dallas, TX (SmackDown exclusive)

WWE Roadblock: December 18 at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA (Raw exclusive).

While this schedule should be taken with a grain of salt since the WWE has yet to confirm or deny it, the Redditor who posted the image has been correct on several other storylines in recent months, including the retirement of the Divas Championship and the upcoming brand split.

.

It'll obviously be more than just the big 4 that aren't brand-exclusive. They'll have to at least ensure MITB stays both
