Hey give me more of this WWE please

That was cool. I have an idea about the whole Lesnar vs Ambrose matchup. At WM Ambrose puts up a heck of a fight, getting a close 2 count a few times, and it finally takes an major bump to put him down for the 3 count. While Ambrose comes up short, he looks strong, he took Lesnar to his limit.

Raw after WM, Roman is champ and he comes out to start the show. Obviously the fans aren't that happy about it. He's still doing his baby face stuff. Shane is now in charge, and comes out. Shane says he has to defend his title in the main event.

It ends up being Roman vs Brock for the title. Brock beats Roman. Brock retains at a random PPV against Roman. HHH wouldn't get a rematch with Shane in charge obviously. You can have Brock defend against someone else, depending on dates.

But by the time Sumer Slam comes around, Dean Ambrose becomes the number one contender. This time he actually beats Brock after a brutal match. Ambrose plants Brock with the 3rd or 4th Dirty Deeds on a steel chair and gets the 1-2-3. Ambrose is already a too face, but his stock would skyrocket.

We're in an era where good wrestlers are going to get cheered regardless of being heel or face. I think heels and faces need to just be an after thought to some degree. And just let characters be entertaining.

Heels should do better at their roles, like Jericho is doing right now. He's one of the best heels there ever was. Heels aren't supposed to do crowd favorite moves like Owens does.

Jericho still does the Lionsault and I'd consider that very crowd favorite

I disagree wholeheartedly. People cheer or boo based on a personal connection they feel; not based on artistry or ability. Wrestling is full of great workers that can't draw flies and marginal workers that can draw heat at the drop of a hat.

Yeah, well depends on the city/crowd. It doesn't really matter to me. Like, New Day as heels were cherred but they still did heel tattics and acted very heelish. But they were entertaining. Its almost as if crowds just cheer for who's entertaining. But it's a tricky subject for me in this day of wrestling. But yeah ultimately it is a personal connection thing. You're right.

But I always hated the argument that heels should slow down in the ring and not do any exciting moves. Like, Randy Orton resthold garbage is not whats needed in wrestling right now at all. Lol. Its not 1990 anymore. These guys are as atheletic as they have ever been. In ring tactics should be used to for heels like dirty pins and assaulting a limb or something. But not to the point where they have to limit all they're big moves for restholds.

I can agree with that second paragraph to a degree. I think that heels should be allowed to attempt the high spots off the top ropes, but they should probably fail 90% of the times they try it. Whether the guy on the ground rolls out of the way or gets his knees up for the block, the heel should have to pay for his arrogance.

The best solution for the heel/face confusion nowadays would just be for WWE to push guys who get over organically without needing the machine behind them.

I think it's time for WWE to either lessen the amount of house shows or have an "offseason" to give these guys time to rest and hopefully reduce injuries.

Long over due. I saw an article that estimated that Harper worked 150-160 shows in 2015 and was either the most or top few. That's entirely too many in one year with a company that had such a huge and talented and underutilized roster.

had brunch fit for a king yesterday

and by that, I mean that I got brunch at Owen Brennans in Memphis and kept practically running into Jerry Lawler at the buffet

Snoop Dog is being inducted into the wwe hall of fame. I wonder if he will do something with his cousin Sasha at mania.

Hopefully he isn't involved in the match except to maybe block Flair's interference. I'd bet Sasha is the one inducting him though.
