Four matches. And I'm being generous with considering Miz/Orton a match.

The rumble wasn't that exciting, thought Becky/Natalya was ok (paled so much from last night though) and I'm not even watching now actually. I'm guessing AJ wins.

I liked tonight's Smackdown, not as much as RAW though. They had reintroduce a few people to the casual TV audience (Orton, Rhyno, Naomi) and introduce all those NXT ladies. Not to mention American Alpha who isn't there yet.

Last nights RAW reminded me a little of that RAW last year, the night Roman got over. Vince returned, Roman punched him and pinned Sheamus for the title. It was great, but partly because they crammed a month's worth of plot into one week. I worry that's what they did last night and that's not sustainable. Unless it gets drastically bad I'm still holding full judgement on the brand split until Wrestlemania season

Best way to introduce someone? A match. See Balor or Jax last night. No one needs to be re-introduced to Orton

That's the best you can do, Shane?? That match at SS is going to be garbage. FCS, Ziggler ain't even in the same GALAXY of worthy of a title shot. The same dude that just got done in a terrible program with Corbin is now the #1 contender?? Ugh.

(*for the record, it should have been Wyatt.*)

I for one am glad they are FINALLY giving Ziggler a push. Guy is good. He's very 50/50 when it comes to people liking him, but I've always been a fan. Ambrose vs Ziggler, Rollins vs Balor, Styles vs Cena, Orton vs Lesnar, New Day vs Club, Sasha vs Nature Girl. SS has potential to pretty solid imo. New faces in the world title scenes are refreshing. Interested to see what Zayn, Owens, and Wyatt may do.

those indy circuits are mostly one offs. Some of the recent NXT pick ups were even still doing indy stuff on the side that they agreed to long ago. I don't think it happens regardless with Angle, but it's not because that promotion. Angle vs Cody Rhodes is booked for August

Oh yeah I know. His name was just one that kept popping up as bigger names that might return. I was kinda hoping to see him more as a manager/coach with American Alpha. Couldn't you imagine him in their corner wearing a track suit and a whistle "coaching" them to victory?

I think it would be a good feud with solid matches, but I want Roman paired up with a face, preferably Zayn or Cesaro, so he can finally turn. I liked his performance on Raw. He needs to be a bad guy and a bully. He needs a screw the fans attitude and to dominate. Pair him with a face until at least SS and when the feud is over, have him turn heel completely by beating the hell out of Balor.

Just watched the Cruiserweight Classic from last night. It was the first time thag I have ever seen Zack Sabre jr wrestle and I was highly impressed. I'm a big fan of that style of wrestling. I hope its Sabre jr and Ibushi in the finals.
