Rumors are he doesn't look to swift. Either way, while Undertaker has never been exceptional on the mic, its dumb to withhold him.

Also the reason Lesnar was not on Raw is because there's a developing situation with him that WWE does not want leaked.

Finally...how was this promo not squeezed into Raw?

Technically yes.

Orton has been suspended twice for steroids I believe. Jeff Hardy was kicked out for recreational drugs. I don't know anyone kicked out for steroids.

I'm not buying that rumor honestly. I'm pretty sure Brock wouldn't care.

I don't know. "The Locker Room" is a weird place with all its rules, etc.

I doubt Brock is the guy seen as the leader, but I could see him having an issue with it if he, or a friend, was dinged on the policy in the past and RR was allowed to skate.

All that said, it seems like an unlikely scenario.

if it was that, they would have had Brock come out, beat him down to within an inch of his life, and let him be injured for 30 days, only to return the week of (after his 30 days was up) Wrestlemania. By then they'd have had to put Bryan into the championship. Then Reigns returns with the pure anger at Bryan for again trying to steal his WM match, and boom: heel turn.

The smoke I keep seeing is that Vince owes Brock PPV money but doesn't have it. Either way its bad news cause Brock is notorious for taking the piss during a match if he's not happy. The match at mania is sketchy as is, but will be even worse if Brock doesn't put forth the effort.

not much gets past Dave Meltzer. This is either REALLY REALLY big, OR a storyline piece to stop any attempt of Lesnar coming across as a face at WM.

I'm tending to think the latter.
