Sheamus wins the battle royal

Are they actually going to do it again?

Cena/Rusev
Brie/Paige (or maybe Natalya?)
Usos/Cesaro and Kidd
Ambrose/BNB
Orton/Rollins
Ziggler/Bryan
Reigns/Lesnar

Throw a Sheamus match in and that's pretty much a full card right?

I'm annoyed at the Orton / Rollins match. They will have a good match but...just..Randy Orton. Ew. Sting and HHH is a cool moment but not a good match. Bray and Taker....what is the point? Bray is obviously going to win. It's just to put him over. I guess that is the point. But so predictable. Although a lot did say it was predictable that Taker would beat Brock. Lol

what do you have against Orton?

I'm probably the only one, but I'm interested in seeing Brock/Reigns. I'm also really looking forward to Wyatt/Taker and hope that they set up Bryan/Ziggler.

I think Taker puts Wyatt over, reportedly at his own request. Sting obviously "restores justice" and goes over Triple H.

You then have both wrestle an official/announced retirement match at 32, in Taker's hometown, at the largest wrestling event of all time, with both going into the Hall of Fame as co-headliners of the class. This way Sting's WWE 'career' isn't 0-1, and Taker goes over after back to back WM losses.

Taker breaking kayfabe (which is rarest of anything in that entire company) the night before seems like it would be a weird thing for him, with still a match left to perform.

Orton just comes across as bland and boring to me. Been that way since 2010. I think I also grew a new found hatred after the company squashed Christians moment in 2011 with him. Although they did have killer matches.

The way Wyatt has been talking I think this is Takers last match.

I still say Orton is the best all around. The Vintage Orton moves might get stale, but he always throws moves in every match you didn't see coming. And he plays his psycho character to perfection. The voices gimmick always works for him.

I agree. He's probably my favorite full timer. I'm still a huge Taker mark though.

So I thought the show was ok...it kinda sucked not having a WHC match on the line heading into WM, like with prior Elim. Chamber matches. Cena vs Rusev stole the show honestly. It was the match of the night.

Unfortunately the crowd sucked. I've read on Twitter people bashing the crowd and how WWE should never come back to Memphis for a PPV. I don't blame the crowd entirely on them just not being good. Memphis is a wrestling town. I just think with such a weak card as tonight was, the crowd didn't have a whole lot to get excited about. Sting didn't seem to hardly get any cheers which was ludicrous. That's one thing I'll agree on about the crowd tonight, but other than that, the card kinda sucked and there was nothing for the audience to get uber excited about.

Just my two cents.

I'd say the card was good. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't awesome. I'll go in the middle and say it was good.

I think the majority is on WWE for throwing up this PPV concept which basically acts as a filler show for Wrestlemania. Fast Lane concept sucked and had pretty much no purpose of being made. Hopefully this was the last one and they resurrect King Of The Ring or something similar.

Tyson Kidd has some of the best trunks ever. He also has one of the hottest wives.

whatever happened to Terri? For all the talk (mostly from me, and occasionally Ben I think) about who Cody gets to go home to, Stardust got to go home to Terri Runnels for a little while.

I just finished watching Fastlane and am gonna read through these but i had to comment on this one. Eden is hot, my current wallpaper on my phone is a pic of Eden that can't be posted on VN lol.

Im also a huge fan of Naomi....

He'd probably just kick it 647 times and give him a running knee and put him in the Yes Lock.

I may be the only person who honestly feels this way but DB's matches are boring to me.

To be honest, it just depends on the match. I've seen matches from him that were really good and matches that were snoozers.

My thing is, hes small (i worded that awfully), he doesn't do powerful moves, there's no way you can pretend to convince yourself he could beat up Brock with the way he's been booked lately. I like to see small guys wrestle guys the same size, that's why i loved the cruiserweight division in WCW.

Just my silly rant.

This is a really good point, and I agree with you. However, some people would say the same thing about Reigns.

He's not boring and he can work. I like Bryan.

But the absolute undying love (not from this thread) the IWC gives him is perplexing.

And at WM they might have to put the Taker/Wyatt match last because the show will start at what, 4pm in SF? It won't be dark for their entrances unless they wait.

I know that it's all fake and legitimacy should be checked at the door, but I'd give Reigns a better shot at beating him up than Bryan.

You have a valid point though. Look at how Lesnar has been booked. I'm supposed to believe a 5'8/190 man is going to beat a 6'4/285 former NCAA and UFC champ? I mean.......

At least Reigns has a legitimate athletic pedigree.

I doubt that will be a concern.

However just opinion wise, I don't Lesnar/Reigns ends the night. I think they go with HHH/Sting or Wyatt/Taker, especially if they put a career ending stip on the latter.
