Wouldn't surprise me either. But for their #1 mouthpiece, Cole, to make the first thing he says after the pin is that Brock will be defending 2 PPVs from now just seems like a bad move.

He probably just overlooked Fast Lane like everyone else. I get what you're saying though.

I think I'm going to stop reading rumor sites. I miss the days where I was genuinely surprised by a result.

With the way everything is written now, I'm genuinely surprised you need rumor sites to figure out what the results will be. I'll read the stuff on the Amazon homepage, but that's more to keep up with who's coming and going, and injury status updates. The matches themselves tend to be fairly predictable a good portion of the time.

Everything has become too transparent. They need to really shake the tree and pull some different matches out of their bag of tricks. Maximize the range of your roster and push more than a couple of guys at a time. It's okay to rotate who's gonna get pushed from program to program, and while feuds may be great, you don't have to conduct a feud by having two wrestlers fight only each other from PPV to PPV. You can extend feuds out further and actually have a wrestler in more than one at a time. Ant the answer isn't always a triple threat match or a fatal fourway. Those matches can be great, but they're not always necessary. Sometimes it's better to get the mileage singles competition provides.

Overall, WWE really needs to find some fresh blood for creative. The wrestlers may change, but the stories stay the same. They need to get back to better writing rather than rehashing the exact same script again and again. The product could be so much better and entertaining than what it is. Whether that's on Vince, or Triple H, or just the writers, I don't know, but they need to reevaluate what it is the customer wants, because right now, they don't have a clue.

Truth has already participated in Dudley traditions. He's been told to get the tables. He's set up Bubba for the 3D. He says "What's up" which is close enough to D-Von's "Wasssssup." It writes itself.

Lol i know, just a thought. I really don't think Truth will do it. Bubba will be solo, imo.

I know a lot of people like Cesaro but I'm about to speak the truth....

He's bald and not cool bald like Steve Austin bald and can't talk. Period.

Whine all you want about him getting held back but....

BOOM!!!!!

He can wrestle but he's not cool bald like Austin. He's lame bald like I'll be in about 10 years.

He can wrestle, so he belongs on a wrestling show. Too bad the **** they've put on the last 7-8 years has been an entertainment show where the administration and majority of the fans don't appreciate what Cesaro has been doing in the ring during and well before his time in WWE.

So if they do go Ziggler v. Bryan, could you just go face/face and bring back the Iron Man match? Is that match dead?

As someone said, it would appease the work rate monkeys (i.e. me) and possibly steal the show.

Or have attention spans withered too much for that to work?

The Attitude Era and Monday Night Wars introduced the promo cutting wrestler as a necessity. So essentially, Steve Austin bald screwed over bald Cesaro.

This Steve Austin, however, just looks silly.

It's hard for people to believe, but Steve Austin basically was Billy Gunn before the Stone Cold gimmick.
