The podcast was fantastic. Very surprised at how open and honest Vince was. Austin didn't hold back except maybe once and Vince rarely gave the company line. Only thing that really surprised was Austin seemed to only take the Savage issue so far. I have no idea what caused the Macho Man/WWE split and it seems that no one even remotely in the know will she'd any light on it. I think Vince puts him in the HoF just to bury the story forever.

As for Punk, Vince knows what's best for businesses. He's held the door open for anyone and everyone not named Savage to come back.

Please do more of this WWE. It was great. Wish with Vince there was less of storytelling.

Also Vince burying his entire roster except Cena was shocking.

He didn't bury them. He challenged them imo.

I felt like he did talking l about the Lesnar part where he said he didn't have a big enough star for the next two years except Lesnar to take the streak. That felt like a burial.

Also Vince was talking about how nobody on the roster reaches for the brass ring anymore and I immediately thought to "The Pipebomb" when Punk talked about constantly trying to reach Vince's imaginary brass rings. I wonder if maybe that's an issue between Vince and the roster.

I still don't completely buy that story BTW. I still think Taker was supposed to go over and started training and told Vince he was done after the match was booked and wanted to do the right thing and go out on his back.

And if that is true that's even worse to bury your talent

Not sure how anyone can take Vince's side on things with regards to CM Punk or even just decision making after last night. He's clearly out of touch.

They should do this every week with Stone Cold after RAW. Have different people in management or former wrestling greats or even celebrities talk about both current storylines/wrestlers and give stories about their heyday or stuff not many would know. Make it like Talking Dead or even Comic Book Men where you could show footage of the events as they talk about some of them.

I think this is the only way we get Shane O'Mac back for even one interview.

So, kinda like the Steve Austin Podcast?

So, kinda like the Steve Austin Podcast?

Yes, except for the part where it doesn't follow RAW for immediate breakdowns and isn't televised (or even done live) on the network to get in more viewers.

So basically, His podcast, only on steroids and with a lot more viewers, listeners, and money involved. Which is quite different when you get a guy like him live potentially.

Love how there's no proof other than two disgruntled former stars of WWE making accusations and so many just assume that Vince is the one out of touch.

It's one thing for wannabe stars like Zach Ryder, Cesaro, etc to say they went for the brass ring and got buried, it's another thing to show they actually pulled it off. You can't say MSG was screaming for Ryder and McMahon buried him. Of course MSG was screaming for Ryder, he's the hometown boy. Where were the chants for him in Chicago, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, etc? Oh, they weren't there. No one has had the wrestling pedigree of Cesaro in ages, but he's as dull and boring as paint drying in everything else he does and the overall crowd reacts to that. The addage of whether the are cheering or booing is what keeps Cena at the top. He sells ratings on both sides of the coin. Y'all can get your panties in a giant wad, but McMahon is flat out a business genius. The product is far worse than the Attitude Era, but ratings are still some of the highest in all of cable television.

so when did they drop the Bella controversy?

They didn't Brie was only supposed to be Nikki's maid for 30 days and that ended around the last PPV. Where she helped Nikki win the Championship.

Its not completely over with just Monday night they both came out and Brie had her hand in the air and Nikki knocked it down and gave her a look. I think Brie is buying her time to turn on Nikki and possibly get the belt for herself.

Is anyone else gonna watch the NXT special next Thursday? I think the Sami Zayne vs Adrian Neville will be awesome and I'm also excited for the debut of Kevin Owens aka Kevin Steen.

Being curious I checked tickets for the January 9th WWE Live Event coming to Chattanooga.

I'm shocked at the ticket prices for a non-televised show! $95.00 for floor seats!!
