The only one I'd hesitate on is E&C, the other two for sure.

When was the last time one match defined a person's career? The only one recently that I can think of is Punk at MitB, but even with him he's probably more defined by the promo on the stage. It could possibly be all the way back to Foley

Stone Cold vs Bret Hart "I Quit" match at Wrestlemania. That match launched Stone Cold to superstardom.

That or SummerSlam with Bulldog. Pretty remarkable that those two main evented a huge PPV in that era, for the IC title (!), and made it work. The match skyrocketed Bret.

Actually, because of this thread and the topic of great matches I watched quite a bit before bed. Being a Dudley Boyz fan I watched all of the epic TLC matches they had.
