Anyone else watch Impact last night? It was another solid show. However did anyone else notice that Bobby Roode seemed to be stealing some of Stone Cold's lines as well as in ring mannerisms?

Okay I just found the video and according to comments I wasn't imagining it!

There just aren't that many original gimmicks. Austin just ripped off Sandman's ECW, beer drinker, authority hating persona and necked it up and added intense work rate.

Man some of these slay me

Bray Wyatt would actually be even more scary if this were him:

There's more at the link I posted. Too many to post here.

I need to ask a question. Where has CM Punk gone? I know he's been missing in action for quite sometime now. Has he taken time off to heal up from injuries or to be w/family or be in movies? Just curious to know what's going on with Punk.

He was unhappy and walked out a few months ago. He did get married, but by all accounts it was a real disagreement and not a work. As long as AJ Lee is around, it would seem that a comeback is a possibility.

How can a person making millions of dollars be unhappy in today's economy? We all have our jobs to go to & a lot of us are unhappy in those jobs as well but you just don't up & quit unless you're a moron or have a good backup plan. But to each his own I suppose.

That's just it, he has millions. So he can afford to have a hissy fit temper tantrum and take an extended vacation. When the money runs out he knows he can always come back.

He fulfilled everything that was in his contract. If he doesn't quit, Daniel Bryan never wins the title and at Wrestlemania we would of been stuck with Bryan vs Sheamus, Punk getting buried by HHH, and Orton vs Batista. The man has more than enough money to say "screw you guys I'm going home" I don't know about anybody else but most of us stuck in a shhitty job would love to be able to just go out live life and get married to chicks the caliber of AJ.

No matter what the money is like, Traveling hundreds of miles each day to go be in the equivalent of a car wreck every night only works so long.

Yeah no matter how much money you make, if you're extremely unhappy at your job, it ain't worth it. Been true since, well, since people have been making money. From all accounts, he was as burned out on his job as anybody ever has been.

When the money runs out he knows he can always come back.

His money won't run out anytime soon, if ever. He doesn't live an extravagant lifestyle. He's actually very grounded, and I see him as a person who can retire forever if he so chooses.

Plus his wife makes pretty good money and I'm sure his random appearances he's been making haven't come free on his part.

if there's anyone from WWE who I'd said could handle a couple years off and not miss a beat, money-wise, it's Punk. He's not picking up a meth problem. He doesn't drink. Straight-edge definitely kept him grounded. Chances are he has so much saved up that I wouldn't be shocked if he was living in an apartment in Chicago (up until he married AJ, who I'd bet wouldn't mind living in an apartment in Chicago)

JR is hinting heavily that this Monday's RAW is worth watching if you're a fan of the Stinger. I just don't know that it will be exciting to see a grand entrance from Sting without Tenay or most preferably Tony Schiavone. It will just be weird if he ever comes out to a different commentator. Especially Michael Cole.

Fwiw, I'm not expecting Sting still tthough.

seems like pretty soon Vince will be back to being a millionaire instead of a billionaire

Teaser for the 2k15 video game announcing him as preorder bonus probably. I couldn't see him coming out live and shooting some ad for it and then just leaving. I think a WWE debut of his caliber would need some build up..
