Odd choice. So much for the NXT guy winning the battle royal.

Hideo Itami hasn't clicked for me in the WWE yet, hopefully that changes. It's insane to think WWE has never really had a big Japanese star. Also, anyone else think DB and Cena win the mid card titles and possibly at SumerSlam have a unification match? Would be cool.

Yeah the report I read was wrong, if you look above you can see that I corrected myself.

Sorry I must have started writing the post around the same time you posted it because there was nothing there when I started and then I got distracted so it took me a while to finish if.

Apparently WWE was expecting Austin to be involved in WM this weekend, but Austin was like

My friend and I fantasy booked ourselves into depression already.

Reigns is about to win, but Rollins comes ringside, so Cena does as well.

Reigns gets the spear, turnes around, gets AA'd by Cena as he just lays into him "YOU HAVEN'T EARNED THIS. ITS MY SPOT. IT'S ME" for the biggest heel turn since Hogan... and Rollins is grinning from ear to ear. He knocks out Brock with the briefcase because of the DQ, and goes to pin when "IIIIFF YA SMEEELLLL" plays over the speakers, the Rock comes out and Rock Bottoms his ass. He's about to go for a people's elbow when Brock gets up at the side of the ring and tries to spear him. Rock see's it coming and dodges, goes to lay a roody poo smack down, and Brock catches his 3rd punch. Brock goes for a punch and Rock catches his. Both stare in stunned silence, then Rock points to the WM logo and fireworks shoot out as the Rock walks away to the top of the ramp before turning around and picking up a mic, "I'll see your candy ass in Texas."

and then we get a year long feud of two part timers.

I like it!

*TLDR

I work weekend nights, and am about tapped out myself. After re-reading it was painful to follow. Hopefully the concept is there. Gauntlet type screw job attempts including Reigns. Brock gets over even with Take/Michaels type false finishes, even with crooked ref counting along WITH the interferences because he was dragged down by Rollins and instructed to do so throughout the run ins. Armstrong eventually makes the correct three count at the end, and the rest reads itself.

---------------------------

Brock goes over Roman "Summerslam Style", and retains. This obviously makes him now the biggest face in the company.

Rollins comes out to cash in and gives Brock everything down to a 2.5 count provided help from individual entrances and slowly progrssive interferences by J&J security, then Kane, then Show, then HHH and Steph, he manages to (eventually) remove or eliminate all outside threats after a ref bump from some massive move to Rollins (the reason he is inactive during the stretch).

Roman reigns is the final act of the story cementing his authority alignment and heel turn, but again to a roaring crowd Brock has F5'd his way through over half a dozen guys, including a second time over Reigns who had a shot at him at his "lowest point" since returning. The heat would be unreal if comes back down to try and aid Rollins. After all the run ins against Lesnar, people may assume he comes out for Rollins, but not the case.

Armstrong was obviously the ref replacement, and now Brock finally goes over even with the crooked ref that has everyone guessing HIS intentions as well.

After a mini royal rumble type list of interferences, the Rock finally strolls down after the match to stand in front of a Brock Lesnar who can barely stand but had the strength to look the Rock dead in the eye and have a ceremonial sign of respect between the two, but The Rock making physical gestures or Insuations he wants the belt around his waste.

Banner comes down for WM32, end the show.

Lanny is good on the mic. He would make a good on-screen character if they could find a place for him. Really most of the speeches tonight were good. The other ones that really stood out to me were Dana Warrior's, Bryan's, and Madusa's were awesome. The Bushwhackers was a lot funnier than I thought it would be.

I kept trying to watch it from the beginning but it kept starting in the middle of Hogan's speech. I watched the rest of it and I'm finally getting it to start from the beginning. Did they do something cool for Connor?

Yeah they had a video package, then Dana introduced the Warrior award, Daniel Bryan inducted Connor, and Connor's father accepted the award. Definitely worth a watch.

Also Nattie introducing Madusa was worth it for the nipple pokage.

Cool, i was looking forward to that one the most.

I saw a pic of Nattie from her speech and noticed those lol.

Kudos to Madusa for her speech, I can Dig it! Also kudos to Lanny for making sure everyone knew (reminded) Randy should've been able to speak for himself and had ample time to do so before his passing.
