You should read the backpages of this thread a lot more. Most all of us care about the IC Belt. And Wade Barrett for that matter. We're old school for the most part and liked it when all the belts counted. It seems (hopefully) that WWE is putting an emphasis on making that a priority again.

Considerably less. I've read that NXT ranges from 20k to 60k a year. Wrestling in the indies as a top guy is far more lucrative. Actually its pretty comparable to base WWE money these days, since they don't really get the added PPV bonuses like they used to. The real draw to NXT is getting called up to the main roster, so I don't see Joe going there unless its strictly for the competition/publicity.

Thanks. I'd like to see him in WWE but if Vince isn't interested in him then I can't blame him for not joining NXT. No way I'd do it. You're viewed as one of the best current wrestlers in the world and you're gonna be competing with up and comers? No thanks.
