John Cena's 5 moves of doom never fail.
This is what bugs me. Super Cena is annoying, but people have kicked out or gotten out of all his finishers. Sometimes multiple times. I just get tired of watching him get pummeled for 15 minutes, then come back. CM Punk did the same thing and was loved for it.
Link doesn't work
So why pick Bo Dallas? Why use it on a PPV instead of smackdown or raw?
It's a time filler, sure. But a bad episode of raw time filler.
I think Bo Dallas was probably just a prop.
As for your other question, I have no earthly idea and I agree. PPVs are where they should payoff on feuds; not book something out of thin air.
I don't think it matters what they do. I can't imagine this Boliever gimmick getting over.It made no sense. I thought maybe it was heat for Bo, but they sure didn't have Cole, King or JBL hype Bo being there at all. It was like they didn't know what was going on either. At one point Lawler even said Bo had made himself scarce and he was eight feet from the announcer's table.
I don't think it matters what they do. I can't imagine this Boliever gimmick getting over.
Reminds me of the goofy motivational speaker angle they tried with DDP.
I thought Z should read this, not that it'll change his opinion, bit this is probably the opinion of most...
WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley posted the following blog on his official Facebook page regarding the WWE Payback match between John Cena and Bray Wyatt:
THE REAL WINNER
Just finished watching ‪#‎Payback‬ and I thought it was a heck of a show great atmosphere, a slap heard round the world, and matches that more than lived up to expectations. I received well over 1,000 comments about the show, and I know many of you are dissappointed that Bray Wyatt did not emerge victorious in his match with John Cena.
Or did he?
Winning is all relative in sports-entertainment, and in this wrestling fans eyes, Bray did indeed emerge victorious. He may not have made it to his feet by the 10 count last night, but in his promos and in his matches, Brey Wyatt has shown me that he is more than capable of standing on his own two feet at the very forefront of the new generation of WWE Superstars.
Unfortunately, there is no mathamatical formula for making a star in pro-wrestling. But if I had to boil down all the ingredients of the star-making process into one word, that one word would be feuds. Fans remember feuds, and Wyatts character and promos put him in a great position to create memorable feuds with just about any of the top stars in the company. Besides, there just might be some gas left in the Wyatt/Cena tank.
I agree with all that. I don't like the last line, I want the feud over with, but oh well.
The bottom line and GA kind of said it already, the face always gets the last laugh and that's simply what happened last night. I don't think Z was mad when Bryan got one over on Wyatt, it's not like that set Wyatt (or Bryan) back. Wyatt isn't buried, he's just, again as GA said already, a heel. Heels rarely ever win in the long run.
If the overall fued had Cena winning, I'd be fine. But Bray never looked strong during their PPV matches. Bray never got the upper hand. That has been my biggest gripe. Bray's "win" was Cena taking out all three guys in a steel cage, him walking out, and a little kid singing and scaring him. That is bad booking.
How is Bray supposed to be the eater of worlds when he's lost three straight PPV's?
