Next feud: John Cena takes the Shield all on at once, and AA's all three of them at the same time to win

John Cena's 5 moves of doom never fail.

This is what bugs me. Super Cena is annoying, but people have kicked out or gotten out of all his finishers. Sometimes multiple times. I just get tired of watching him get pummeled for 15 minutes, then come back. CM Punk did the same thing and was loved for it.

I think what made Punk different was his insane mic skills. One of the best heels of all time and was anti-authority and had some variety. His character was just badass. The Cena thing has gone on for a good 10 years. It's the same exact thing; hustle, loyalty, respect bs. And he's got so much heat from fans because he caters to the kid fans and that's basically all Vince cares about now. End the show with him kicking some jobber's ass or the main heel and send the kiddies home happy.

Cena is a great person. He's a pretty good wrestler and good with the mic. It's just so stale now. He desperately needs a character revival. I'd love a heel turn and to see something new.

Personally, i liked Payback. I thought the Cesaro vs Sheamus match was good, except for the ending. The Big E spear was bad ass. Wyatt vs Cena match was awesome imo, but I'm also a Cena fan who doesn't cry when he wins. The superplex through the tables outside and the thrown steps were good stuff.

Oh and no Punk.

It's pretty simple. Kofi tweets about Daniel Bryan's treatment. The Authority sends Kane out to beat his ass.

So why pick Bo Dallas? Why use it on a PPV instead of smackdown or raw?

It's a time filler, sure. But a bad episode of raw time filler.

I think Bo Dallas was probably just a prop.

As for your other question, I have no earthly idea and I agree. PPVs are where they should payoff on feuds; not book something out of thin air.

It made no sense. I thought maybe it was heat for Bo, but they sure didn't have Cole, King or JBL hype Bo being there at all. It was like they didn't know what was going on either. At one point Lawler even said Bo had made himself scarce and he was eight feet from the announcer's table.

I thought Z should read this, not that it'll change his opinion, but this is probably the opinion of most...

WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley posted the following blog on his official Facebook page regarding the WWE Payback match between John Cena and Bray Wyatt:

THE REAL WINNER

Just finished watching ‪#‎Payback‬ and I thought it was a heck of a show – great atmosphere, a slap heard round the world, and matches that more than lived up to expectations. I received well over 1,000 comments about the show, and I know many of you are dissappointed that Bray Wyatt did not emerge victorious in his match with John Cena.

Or did he?

Winning is all relative in sports-entertainment, and in this wrestling fan’s eyes, Bray did indeed emerge victorious. He may not have made it to his feet by the 10 count last night, but in his promos and in his matches, Brey Wyatt has shown me that he is more than capable of standing on his own two feet at the very forefront of the new generation of WWE Superstars.

Unfortunately, there is no mathamatical formula for making a star in pro-wrestling. But if I had to boil down all the ingredients of the star-making process into one word, that one word would be “feuds”. Fans remember feuds, and Wyatt’s character and promos put him in a great position to create memorable feuds with just about any of the top stars in the company. Besides, there just might be some gas left in the Wyatt/Cena tank.

I don't think it matters what they do. I can't imagine this Boliever gimmick getting over.
Reminds me of the goofy motivational speaker angle they tried with DDP.

It's better than the Rosebuds. That idea does have some possibilities I think, but they aren't going anywhere with it. Maybe Rose just isn't good enough on the mic to develop it. I think Bolieve needs to take a dark turn somehow.

I agree with all that. I don't like the last line, I want the feud over with, but oh well.

The bottom line and GA kind of said it already, the face always gets the last laugh and that's simply what happened last night. I don't think Z was mad when Bryan got one over on Wyatt, it's not like that set Wyatt (or Bryan) back. Wyatt isn't buried, he's just, again as GA said already, a heel. Heels rarely ever win in the long run.

Yep. Bray Wyatt. Buried.

Especially in today's WWE. If you're a heel, your character is more interesting but you're in an unfortunate position. It's rare when a heel gets over long term. Punk is the only one I can think of in recent memory, but he was special. Before that, I guess there was the Miz. Or Sheamus.

If the overall fued had Cena winning, I'd be fine. But Bray never looked strong during their PPV matches. Bray never got the upper hand. That has been my biggest gripe. Bray's "win" was Cena taking out all three guys in a steel cage, him walking out, and a little kid singing and scaring him. That is bad booking.

How is Bray supposed to be the eater of worlds when he's lost three straight PPV's?

uhhh, Bray Wyatt won last month at Extreme Rules. The Wyatts also beat the Shield in February, Bray beat Daniel Bryan in January, The Wyatts beat Daniel Bryan in December. They did get beat by Punk and Bryan at Survivor Series.
