Disney confirmed the sequel in a livestream earlier on Thursday. The movie is scheduled to be released in theaters March 9, 2018.

I love Brave and Wreck it Ralph both. They are both great, but completely different. Brave is a classic Disney princess story, and animated beautifully as always. Those are hard to beat. I don't think that either movie was any "better" than the other, I think one may fit your taste better than the other.
