It may only be my opinion, but I don't think we could have gotten a better coaching staff. I truly can't wait to see what they can do (maybe not this year although I know we will be a lot better). It truly is great to be a TN VOL

Great article. Definitely a must read. Those kids that are playing there now ought to be incredibly honored to be playing for someone so respected. I enjoyed the part where it spoke of how all the players ( and even the other coaches ) shut up when Monte begins speaking.

That's respect....and I'm glad to see they have it.

I think Monte brings the fire we have needed at Tennessee for a long time, and from what I can tell we have chemistry we havn't had since 98. We may be back in the national picture sooner than we think!
