Tex, you need to call and tell them your switching because its too expensive. I did it a couple a months ago and they didn't put up a fight got an upgrade for three months and over 50 dollars taken off the bill per month.

I get it and that's why I included HGTV example in mine. Once I figured out how to get that thru the xbox (Verizon Fios app) I was allowed to do whatever to the cable
