I think these emails were as recent as 2018. If it had been just one or two from 2011...might have been able to get by. 3 years ago...and several others between 2011 and 2018....some while employed by the Raiders..no. You have to ask for the resignation. See a person can say something in the heat of the moment. That can be chalked up to a lack of judgment given an emotional response. But written words and written emails over a 7 year time frame is a character issue. It is who he is. So he's gone.

Speculation, because he was hired on January 6, 2018...it's possible he wrote those earlier between January 1 and January 5th 2018 but it's more likely that he wrote them while on payroll. Oh wow. People are funny. So he resigned and didn't fight it...you make 10m a year guaranteed for 6 more years. It's over after one meeting...it's egregious. Speculation because there are still 5 days potentially he could have written the email or emails in 2018 when not on payroll. Does that make sense?
