Play someone like Northwestern, which is a probable win, or VA Tech, which is a much harder matchup.

IMO I'd like to see us play some top competition and see how we match up with big name schools of other conferences. I don't get much excited for a bowl with Northwestern.

I think its atrocious that the cotton bowl will no longer be played in the "cotton bowl", Jerry Jones makes me sick.

Also, its stupid the game is on Jan 2nd, whole thing is frustrating to tradition.

That's the main reason I too would want to play Penn State. Hopefully we can get some of our wounded healthy and I really believe this staff can beat PS. I want revenge!!

I see your point, however if you flip a coin 50 times and 40 of the times it lands on heads, the next time you flip it, you still have a 50/50 shot of winning. And I give us a better chance than that of beating Penn State or anyone from the Big 10. To answer the question, I want us to go to the best bowl available, which for us is the Outback bowl rather than the Peach.
