When did UT become a bad school?

And Ted Roof prior to Cutcliffe was 6-45 at Duke.

Prior to that Carl Franks was 7-45 at Duke.

Prior to that Fred Goldsmith was 17-39 at Duke.

Prior to that Barry Wilson was 13-30-1 at Duke.

You have to go all the way back to Steve Spurrier from 86-89 to find a coach who has a better winning percentage at Duke.

Dooley had a losing record a La. Tech. Cutcliffe has a losing record at Duke.

Cutcliffe's career head coaching records:
Ole Miss:
1999: 8-4
2000: 7-5
2001: 7-4

2004: 4-7

Duke:
2008: 4-8
2009: 5-7
2010: 3-9
2011: 3-9

Cutcliffe has a very meh overall career as a head coach. He's much better at the coordinator position.

I am simply basing it on game planning and calling a game. He is a great OC.....Dooley has never been. IMO head coaches that have been OC's or DC's tend to be better game planners.

Davis is an Arky boy and most think he takes that job at the end of the year. But I wouldn't be oppossed.

I agree that Dooley is here to stay, unless we fail apart against Vandy or UK this year. But if we were looking for a HC I want Bill Snyder or David Cutcliffe.

We want the best coach in the nation, not the youngest. That didn't work out too well for us with Kiffin.

Age is just a number these days. That's why Darrell Royal should be strongly considered.

Sorry for the language but hell to the mf'n no!!! IF Dooley gets fired then for Harts first hire he will swing for the fences like he did when he went for Saban. Not a coordinator or anybody that's barely got any head coaching experience, it'll be a proven head coach that we offer big $$$$$$$
