One thing I'm looking at is 5 fumbles, all of which we recovered, but good Lord! I don't think we get more than 2 of them back against a conference opponent, leaving us with a net loss of 3 turnovers. That's not good at all.

I'm not so worried about the fumbles because the football is wet and I can guess that with the drought that has been going on in west Tennessee that Dooley had them do zero wet ball drills this week

My God YES. UGA, AUB, VN, KY, OLE MISS, FL, FL, USC. First game, but run game needs ALOT of work.

Pretty vanilla on defense and offense. The only thing that concerns me is the OL. Turnovers and penalties are going to happen the first game. Not being able to push a high school DL around is concerning.

I think CDD will get'em tightened up quite a bit, but it's just a lot more sloppy exectution than I was hoping for against an opening day opponent.

I will judge by next weeks game, first game. I will say that we should have beaten Montana by more!
