Thank goodness Philm-er vetoed Clawson's wishes for a real QB competition and for pulling Crompton after UCLA. Thank goodness he has continued to micromanage the O, or we might have him around in 09.

if he had started the first game, with all the extra pactice he would have gotten during spring and summer practice, makes one wonder, back to the if's and but's post though :)

That game could easily have been 40-7.

Unfortunately that's the problem with UGA this season. We can light up the stats column, while leaving the scoreboard a little bare. We had twice the offense as Vandy but only managed to eek out a win.

Better get that fixed before you play florida then. You'll need all the points you can get.

Yes. 4-2 with Stephens, and we probably play Georgia closer with that extra experience. But all is conjecture, lets just get to 4-4 by midnight 10/25! GO VOLS

Thats hard to say. We might have beaten auburn but I am not so sure about ucla. crompton had at least the one good drive towards the end of the game. There were other problems as well. lincoln missed 3 FG's and our d couldnt stop a 3rd string qb.
I would say we would probably be 4-3.
