My impression at the time while Mullen was not on Florida's front burner, he was definitely interested in a good Tennessee offer. If our guys had acted quick and smart, they could have had him. Water under the bridge. Pruitt is our Coach, and there is hope for his working the program up to speed. He is not a Moon shot, but I still think he's a good coach who might get us there.

Could have very well been the case, I just dont think he was UTs to lose.

Pruitt is the coach and will be for the foreseeable future. He needs to figure it out because about the only good thing about a UT coach and AD search is its entertaining. And not necessarily in a good way.

The second half of the UGA game did not help Pruitt, but the real harm in year 3 for him is what and how he allowed Kentucky to do what they did at Neyland. JG's first turnover should have resulted in his being replaced, instead he put the game out of reach in the first quarter given our paltry offensive capabilbities so far this season.
