Would Fulmer still coach if fired?

I don't see Fulmer starting over somewhere. If the outing was done properly, he would most likely move into the Athletic Department in some role. If it were as an assistant AD, Hambone better be nervous.

I don't think he would coach again. He is been involved with this school since he played here, I just think he has lost his fire. I wish him the best in retirement, but Phil please RETIRE.

He might do okay in the Big10 where many of the teams still like to just line up the big uglies and see who can run it down whose throat. Plus Zook is up there so he's got that going for him.

Nothing wrong with that as long as you have the horses, can motivate, and have a great defense.

The answer to Tennessee's problems isn't a new spread high flying offense. It's a balls out, bone crushing, defensive mind set. Will Muschamp.

I bet he takes a break for a couple years, and gets the itch. And is hired on at a struggling once dominant school in a decent conference, big 12, acc, big 10.

His days in the SEC are over.

He'll probably retire and hang out with Johnny

Then what go to buffets with happy hours?

Note: I usually don't make fun of these coaches in this manner, but I couldn't pass it up. I to am a gluton for alcoholic beverages.

Wrong. He is and always will be a vol. Some may argue he is more a vol than a coach...
