i dont think the nfl is going to add anymore teams in the US. the next step is make it international... i would say the way the demographics are going int he country they are going to try to appeal to south of the border. mexico city. toronto. will br the next cities

I lived there for 4 years...not no but hell no...High school football is over (playoffs/state/etc) by October because of the harsh temperatures and snow..and a 35,000 town could never support an NFL team, ever
