While it is admittedly the worst TN team / performance I've ever seen, I'm just hoping we get better at this point. No expectations for this team whatsoever.

Except maybe ending the streak with KY.

It was ugly for sure, but it's about exactly where we were last year at this same time squeaking by Ohio. Give it a season...

Just plain ugly in all aspects except final score which in the end is all that matters...but next ut victory will be in november

After watching this game today, I was embarrassed by the way we played. We came out flat and looked lazy the entire game. We didn't care to tackle because our players always thought someone else would be there to finish up, well I have news for them, there is not.... Our coaching staff doesn't make adjustments at halftime and we come out going against teams that do and run us into the ground in the second half.. Im sick of over the years watching Tennessee play like they are owed a win just cause they are Tennessee...

Of course , the Tennessee Vols football team will improve. Hopefully, the whiner fans will improve as well.
And I don't mean that their level of whining nor the expertise at which they whine improves. Go Vols. GO BIG ORANGE ! ! ! :yes:

that was one of the ugliest games UT has ever played, now wonder people are upset....no real positives at all....

At least Kiffin had his units overachieving. Last year we looked ready to go for every game. This team get's consistently worse during a game.

Kiffin had tons more talent too. Kiffin would be in about the same spot. So would Lombardi. There's just no talent there. This game showed that. They look well coached, that's the depressing part. They're in position most of the time, they just aren't good enough to make the play.

Just like there are no moral victories in defeat, there are no wins that shouldn't be savored. It was ugly on many levels...but it was still a win. I'll take it...

You guys are funny! Didn't read but a few but they were all ignorant. I can remember a Wyoming game that was terrible, atrocious UCLA and Auburn games last year. Its a work in progress no doubt but still a win. It should have been a loss but Im gonna take it cause at least I'm not crying and don't have to hear crap for the next few days. GO VOLS!

I'm ready for the team to hit the road. The staleness of the UT fans is starting to rub off on the team.

Bro, face it...we suck in every facet of the game. You can try and spin it if it makes you feel better, but these are just honest evaluations of this football team posted on this site.This football program has gone through a colossal fall from grace and there is nothing that shows a turn around in the right direction.

I don't think anybody is whining but frustrated and pissed about the coaching and perfomance today! I have been a Vol fan 41 years now and it just down right sucks that we are in the position that we are in right now and actually the last 3-4 years. Instead of getting top 5 recuiting classes every years like in the past, we are now happy with a top 20 class. Instead of competing for tops in the SEC we are now happy with a 6-6 record. Instead of being in the top 10 in the country we are now happy to be in the top 30 in the country. This truly is a sad day in Tennessee football history to let the program become this. I know Bama, Canes, Norte Dame "to name a few" has gone thru tough years but I'm scared this is going to be another coaching change 5-6 years. Hope I'm wrong.

We'll at least the Vol basketball, Lady Vols and my Heat Lebron, Dwade and Bosh start soon!

If you are satisfied with that performance your expectations for our football team are scary. The ONLY reason we won was because their kicker was blind and couldnt kick a ball into one of the Great Lakes if he was standing on a pier. This is not the University of Memphis football...raise the bar a little bit pal.

Dooley said he was thinking about the change in the post-game show.... I just don't see it being a good idea.
