Worst TV Announcer Ever

Dude had the FG good and then commented on how strong the leg of the kicker was.
The FG attempt was 20yds wide. So comical.
lol I loved the commentary on the West sack scoop + Joseph’s scoop and score though… I’ve laughed myself to tears watching that 20 times lol

Everybody loves Gus Johnson but i don’t he is so annoying his constant yelling throughout the game the same applies to Joe Tessatore.

Gus Johnson is awful but at least there's the comedy aspect of his 'over-the-top-ness', even if it wears off soon after the game begins.

Since the SEC sold out to ... I mean switched to ESPN, every week the only thing I hope is to avoid Tessitore, the most self absorbed and annoying screamer since Lundquist mercifully retired. To think that we went from the best in the business in Brad Nessler to the mess we get every week from ABC/ESPN. "Yeah, but Danielson.......!" Give me those two every damn time.

I have gotten cranky in my old age. I mute any sports I watch on TV. The only time I unmute is if I need an explanation of what happened. It’s also a great sleep inducer every night for me as well.

Yea i miss Brad Nessler and even Gary now compared to the announcers we get with ABC/ESPN. I like Sean Mcdonnaugh but unfortunately he’s paired with the obnoxious Bama fan boy Greg McElroy

I have gone back to syncing the Vol network radio broadcast to the TV and turning off the TV volume. Haven’t done this since John Ward. Bob Kesling was unbearable. But now that we have a great announcer again, I recommend it.

I thought Neal was always a solid announcer that was always given crap games. He's getting old so maybe hes not as good lol. He was more excited after plays than usual imo. That call was hilarious tho.

Who remembers the 3 Daves?
Neal, for whatever reasons, has declined. I’ve heard him call several games in the last year and he has had some issues.

When the field goal was called good, I thought I must have watched the shadow of the ball and wasn’t watching the ball. I was extremely confused.

Not for anything, but when everyone was celebrating on here our move to ESPN, I said at the time we would regret it, and very soon.

The whole "Gary hates UT" thing was ridiculous, he just gushes over whoever the top dog is, and we sucked most of those years. I'm no fan of his, but Nessler is the best in the business, and CBS actually valued the SEC. To ESPN, the SEC is just more product to schiit on.

My recent pet peeve….I automatically dispise any announcer that says, “…………in all of college football”. What else could it be? “in part of college football”???
