it says we played Akron in 89 and they became 1a in 87. For some reason we never played 1aa teams but caught them right after they moved up

I don't think I've seen anyone play weaker teams than this yrs Clemson schedule, their first game is N. Texas and the second game is Presbyterian College. If you've never heard of the school, you shouldn't be playing them in football.
