Yep, perfectly glad to see you leave. Nobody needs fans like you and there are plenty others that will take your seat.

I have no issue being frustrated and not happy - I doubt there is a TN fan in the country that isn't frustrated right now. But you sir, are a fair weather fan and we don't need you. Ciao.

We've seen much darker times and the stadium has never been half full as you suggest.

And to clarify. I'm not saying this IS the worst team in UT history. Just that we have the REAL potential of being the worst when it's said and done.

That was not a strong Florida team. I'm tired of Florida fans laughing that any freshman QB there can beat us. They always say who cares if our first string QB gets hurt. Better ones behind them. They've not been wrong about that.

I'm just tired of losing to Florida. That's the one game my heart was hanging on this season. I needed that win. I needed bragging rights just ONE time.

Lay off the players......these kids don't deserve all this garbage. This team is way better than last year. I love this team... Losing any and all faith in this coaching staff. We all have been through this many times in the last ten years. Grow up! Vfl you are not! It hurts us? Imagine how those guys feel!

Fair weather fan? I've been to nearly every single home game since 96'. Been to every bowl game since. Including the NC game.

Every SEC championship. My family had funneled easily over 200k to the school. A 100K RV just to tailgate each home game.

Cheer till my voice is gone...

And I'm fair weathered?

Salty maybe ************.

Florida ***** us raw every year.

Seriously, give us a break. You are quitting on the Vols because we got beat by Florida and you aren't happy with the results this year. That, in its truest definition is a fair weather fan.

I'm sorry you don't like that, but don't act that way and you can't be accused of a fair weather fan.

I have no issue being frustrated with the results and the coaching staff, but you are going way overboard and jumping off a cliff.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion and I'll let you have yours, but don't be surprised that nobody will miss you around here with that pitiful attitude.

I will support my Vols no matter what and will continue going to games, watching them on TV and supporting them however I can no matter the results. Doesn't mean I'm happy, but...
I will NEVER QUIT ON THE VOLS.

I didn't say I wouldn't cheer for the Vols. but spending my time, money and efforts to watch another loss isn't how i want to abuse myself.

I know I'm not the only one that feels this way.

But I won't want ANY expectations for the Vols anymore. It's been a dumper fire since 08'.

Give me one quality win since!

Those should be walks in the park anyway.

I've supported them thru the worst of times while I've been alive. But I can't to the extent I've been.

Driving 4 hours to home games just to be crushed takes a special man. A more special man to smile after and hate other fans for being upset.

If our record proves us to the be worst team in school history I will agree team 119 is the worst in school history.

Am I missing something here? All that matters is wins and losses.

As I recall, the 1975 Vols lost to North Texas by a score of 21-14.


If we get a few lucky bounces, I think we can take them this year.

This is a very talented team. Anyone can see that. We should have cruised to a 5-0 start. We are however 2-2 going into the heart of the schedule.

Looking at our schedule. I see Tennessee MAYBE winning 1-2 more. North Texas and Vandy are the games we need to focus on.

The players are sick and tired. Fans are sick and tired. We've given our all and this is the fruit of everyone's labor and sacrifice.

TONS of recruits at that game yesterday and we did a heck of a job recruiting for the Gators. We'll never beat them now.

3 5 star WR's = 0 catches.

Sad to say this....but Dooleys win over NC State is the happiest I've been in a decade. NC ******* STATE!!!

Turns out Jones is an amazing recruiter. Just not good enough and a terrible coach.

Youth isn't an excuse. These "youth" have started and played more games than some seniors on other teams.

We are making strides in recruiting but other teams even better and are coached a hell of a lot better!

All this money being funneled into the Program by donors, boosters and fans.

People are tired of wasting their time, money and emotions.

I can't even talk to my Florida buddies. I've never had bragging rights with them.

I don't blame anyone for staying home and watching the game there. At least we don't have to carry a brown bag in our pockets to wear over our heads at the end of the game.

I'm as down and off the train as anyone but this is UTTERLY STUPID! Were you born AFTER the Dooley years? Those were worse TALENTED teams AND worse coached! I hate that I gave you the reaction you were most likely shooting for. :crazy:
