Relatively speaking...

Dooley and Jones share the same record.

Teams are 9/10 on 4th down against Tennessee.

Looking at our schedule. I see Tennessee MAYBE winning 1-2 more. North Texas and Vandy are the games we need to focus on.

That might give us 3-4 wins all season.
The players are sick and tired. Fans are sick and tired. We've given our all and this is the fruit of everyone's labor and sacrifice.

TONS of recruits at that game yesterday and we did a heck of a job recruiting for the Gators. We'll never beat them now.

The worst Florida team we've seen in a long time just beat the best Tennessee team we've seen in a long time.

3 5 star WR's = 0 catches.

North sucks btw.

Dobbs can't throw. Great he can run...so maybe he needs to be a runner.

We are not renewing tix anymore. Loyal season tix family since 96'. Go to all bowls Etc.

But we are done with "the long walk".

Sad to say this....but Dooleys win over NC State is the happiest I've been in a decade. NC ******* STATE!!!

Turns out Jones is an amazing recruiter. Just not good enough and a terrible coach.

Youth isn't an excuse. These "youth" have started and played more games than some seniors on other teams.

We are making strides in recruiting but other teams even better and are coached a hell of a lot better!

All this money being funneled into the Program by donors, boosters and fans.

People are tired of wasting their time, money and emotions.

I can't even talk to my Florida buddies. I've never had bragging rights with them.

I don't blame anyone for staying home and watching the game there. At least we don't have to carry a brown bag in our pockets to wear over our heads at the end of the game.

No matter the players we have. The end record will speak for itself. I don't know if we win more than 3-4 games this season. Making it the worst team in UT history. Sad today with such talent on the team.

BASHING THIS TEAM IS IMPERMISSABLE!
The players are giving their all, the schemes are what is flawed

I cannot abide the hate-on for the team. The team is talented, for the most part. The team cannot perform when every play results in tucking-tail and falling on the ball instead of moving it forward. The team is likely as frustrated, if not more frustrated, than the fans are today.

OP - I get it.

At some point enough is enough and you need a break. This is supposed to be entertainment and as a season ticket holder, a lifestyle.

You would have to be sick in the head to keep repeating this over and over - like some sort of person with insanity.

You will see a drop in energy going into future games - absence of attendance. The program has work to do in order to get people back. Call it being fair-weather ... but if this coaching staff is not in it to win.... why should any of us.

With that said - I believe in supporting these kids who were sold "Rise to the Top". Any recruit that joins now - you know what this staff is about and consider yourself fore-warned.

Understand the frustration but this is far from the worst team in Tennessee history.

Most frustrating time in Tennessee history...? I'd buy into that.

I really don't see this and we are most certainly not the worst team in history. I mean let's be honest, we could very easily be 4-0 right now and if we were we'd be arguing if we will a championship

Thanks Starrin...I'm glad someone understands.

i could be spending more time with my family and actual enjoying the fall instead of brutally subjecting myself to this every weekend.

I don't think there much else we all put so much time, money and effort towards than being fans of our Vols.

But my family and friends have to see me sulk and hide in a corner after games. That was the biggest game to our fantbase for the team to pull thru especially after the longest walk I've ever taken after the OK game.

Georgia the year before was the 2nd hardest in recent memory.

Kentucky is playing too high level ball for them. Nearly beat Florida and just beat Mizzou.

I don't see a win over Kentucky or Missou for us. They will be gunning to take us down.

After that performance how many wins do you all think we WILL win? I still say MAYBE 1-2. N Texas and Vandy.

Glad to see me go?

Are you also glad...

Others are leaving?

Less money to the university?

Less interest in the program from outsiders?

Half filled Neyland?

Sweet! Enjoy losing and watching the program burn to the ground while you diddly yourself in any seat in the stadium you want!

You think recruits are gonna come begging to play for UT now?

We've been exposed. Jones is a fraud of a coach.

Him and Dooley have the same record.

Newcomer! I've been attending since the mid 50's and this is far from the worst team. The head coach isn't even the worst head coach either. Nobody will miss you.

However, the hot seat is well deserved. It's a shame that Booger Cheek can't share it.

If we go 4-8 or worse I'll agree with you OP.

I've felt like we were at least a 6-6 to 7-5 team since before the season started though.

And a great bowl like
Liberty
Belk
Taxslayer

Who would pay money for those losers bowls.. Really those bowls means you play other irrelevant teams

Come on OP....I'm frustrated but this is a Top 25 team. Not the worst UT team ever. A lot of good fortune had to happen for UF to desperately go for the 4 fourth downs and make it. You have to give props to their QB all his passes on these 4th downs were spot on. The QB had no pressure on him or was flushed out and not contained. Their O Line was better than advertised on here.
A few different bounces and we would be ranked where Oklahoma is and like a previous poster said be on here talking about SEC championship. This is not a bad team.
