Well, it's a spot foul if it occurs within 15 feet of the line of scrimmage, and a 15 yard foul if it occurs beyond that.

Also, I've seen the ball placed on the 2 yard line when the foul occurs in the end zone, and I don't know for sure if that's the rule only if the team is within 15 yards of the goal line or if a pass interference on a 50 yard hail mary in the end zone would place the ball on the 2 yard line as well.

But if defensive coordinators start coaching their players to tackle a receiver every time they get beat, you can believe the NCAA will switch to a spot foul, and probably before the season was even over with.

Your no louder than anyone else. Im pretty sure we were hands down louder when you were on offence. Maybe thats because 80% of the people there were UT fans. He is talking about a few inparticular that were annoying.

The most annoying thing I seen was some D-bag with a turkey call. I mean really?!?! Even my freind (Tech fan) was like "WTF...thats stupid and annoying!"

Whenever I see a douchebag with a turkey call at Lane Stadium I hope he chokes on it. That, and the turkey hats. It looks like the turkey just crapped your head out.

I do wish the engineers would bring back the tradition of the huge Hokie Bird sign that does something violent to the opposing team's mascot. That died out shortly after I graduated, but it was always good for a laugh.

Man there were 3 guys behind me who absolutely ruined everybodys time. Sadly they were vols fans which was embarrasing. They showed up drunk outta their minds. They were mocking the pregame prayer and national anthem. Then they were spilling their beer on everyone and falling all over everybody. 3 different people threatened to whip there @$$ before they were thrown out at halftime. So if you were one of the 3 guys in section 105 row 17 you are a disgrace to volnation and wed be much better off without you.

1.) Our fan base being a bunch of whiney losers.

We lost a bowl game, in our coaches first year, to an 11th ranked team, that SHOULD have beat the snot out of us. VT is a great team, we were a middle of the pack team this year. GET OVER IT.

And to all your fulmerites still holding on to his scrotum, he was 8-7 in bowl games, and if you count the years we didn't make it to a bowl game as a loss, he was 8-9.

Bunch of whiney Nancy's you all are.
