Worst fanbase in the country

Top 5 in attendance(in both sports ) while the administration has demonstrated clearly for over a decade now they don't care about winning. This is an institutional problem at this point. Fans don't need to settle for mediocrity like our administration has. This program, these players, and these fans deserve far better. No doubt in my mind we have the most inept athletic department in the country.

Why? Because we are upset that CBJ has given away two of our biggest toss up games of the season after double digit leads? Because CBJ has choked two years in a row to UF teams he should have beat? Because we might as well be playing the single wing out there? Get over yourself, we are hurt despondent and discouraged about how the rest of this season and the future after that is going. If we can't win with the talent that we have now, how are we going to win after recruiting tapers off? Which it will with results like this.

The worst fan base in the country sells out a WCU game after the " best" coaching staff in America blows a sure win against a big time program. Now we absolutely choke, AGAIN, and we are pissed. That makes us the worst fan base? The complete ineptness at the university of Tennessee has cost us a lost decade of relevance in football and looks to be gaining momentum for another few lost years.

As much money as I spend supporting this program, you're da*n right I take it seriously.

I agree. As a season ticket holder from the DFW area, I spend a great deal of time and money on the team. I expect more from a coaching staff, who labeled themselves as the best in the country.

I am not really sure what the OP is talking about. I think we had a pretty good showing. We were cheering hard until the end. I was presently surprised with the Gator fans. Everyone was nice for the most part. I was not impressed with the atmosphere and the stadium but at the same time I didn't have my hopes up. Everyone told me this town was a crud hole and idk if it was that bad but still pretty bad. Knox ain't much of a gem either. Terrible game but I had a good time overall. Get em next time. Go Vols!

Worst fan base? I think actually we are a passionate fan base who wants to win these big games. Most heartbroken fan base is probably closer to the truth.

The originator of this thread obviously expects Vol alumni and fans to year after year pay really high ticket prices, make large donations, spend a lot of money on football weekends then accept mediocrity. I fully support our players, but I question how long they will keep believing in the coaches who have no idea how to win against even not very good competition like FL.

You should change the title to worst chicken $hit coach in the country.

The fans deserve better.

Our next to last drive was a clear representation of " I'm scared to death of throwing a pick. I'll punt and play defense. That's what the percentages say".
